Ruby's pov.

Everyone was gathered and ready for the even. "Alright settle down." Everyone got quite and took a seat. "Violet please come forward." I watched as she walked up and stood beside me. "Do you, Violet Sparks, promise to defend this pack, follow your alpha, and stay loyal?" "I promise." "Then I hereby declare you an official member of this pack." Everyone shouted and cheered. "Now let's eat then get ready for tonight." Everyone stood up, mingled, and started to get their food. I went with Elijah and asked if we could talk somewhere private. We went to his secret spot so we could talk. "How do you feel about kids?" "Well I never really thought about them.

I know that I want one just not right now. Why?" "Because I was worried that if I told you that I didn't really want to have a kid or kids that it would make you mad or you want leave me." "I would never leave you and I could never be mad at you. If you don't want kids that's ok. I will always love you no matter what." I give him a hug. "Thank you. I will always love you too." "We better head back before it gets late." "Yeah." We go back to the pack house I make one more round to make sure everyone is ready before I go with Elijah into the special room for us. I push a button that locks the door from the outside. Then we finish the last few things and try to fall asleep.

I can feel my wolf wanting to surface and run. I thought I heard a scream which made my wolf want to go and check on what was going on. I could see Elijah was having trouble as well because his eyes kept changing back and forth. I could tell the moon was now at its highest point because the pull was almost too strong for me to stop. Elijah was having a bit more trouble than me because I see that his whole body was shaking now. Thankfully the moon started to set and the pull was getting easier to resist. When I looked over Elijah's body wasn't shaking any more. Once the pull had completely stopped I started to get ready to leave the room.

Me and Elijah walked out of the room and I told him to walk around and check on the pack. I went to check on the traps and stuff to make sure nothing happened. I made sure to pick them all up and put them back in their secret place. While I was walking around I found a note stuck on a tree. I walked over and pulled the piece of paper off and looked over it. The note said, "I've been watching you and I want you to know, that I will kill any kid you have, or if I feel generous I will just kidnap them and turn them against you." I wonder who could be trying to screw with me now. When I find this person I am going to kill them. I don't know if I should tell Elijah about this or not. I don't want him to become protective and demand guards with me or if he will go searching for this person.

I put the note in my pocket and walk back to the pack house. I look around for Elijah for a bit before I ask if anyone has seen him. One person said he was in our room and said to tell me to go there when I got back. When I got to our room I knocked on the door. "Come in." I open the door and peek in. "Sit down." I sit on the bed wondering what's going on. "What's a matter?" "I was wondering if you're ok because when I went to the pack doctor to make sure everyone was ok she asked how you were feeling and I said fine." "I am fine I just was having trouble sleeping for a bit and asked if she had anything that would help. I didn't think it was important enough to tell you about."

"You know you can tell me anything no matter how small or big right?" "Yes which is why I wanted to talk to you. I found this note in the woods while I was checking traps." I watched him read the note. "We need to double border walks to try and catch this person if he leaves another note." "The only reason he was able to leave the note is because we were all in our rooms for the night. The person used that to his advantage, doubling the border walks wouldn't do anything." "Right, so what do we do?" "Whoever this is, is just looking to see our reaction so let's just pretend that everything is normal." "Alright." We walked out of the room and went to the kitchen for some food. I fixed me a grilled cheese sandwich and Elijah made himself some chicken to eat.
