Ruby's pov.

Once we got back I talked to my sister about mates and if mother said anything. She said that mother didn't tell much but that we will keep trying and to worry about a mate when I am ready and that it will all turn out okay. Elijah wanted something to do so I told him he could join the per troll to help keep the borders safe. So he is gone and I find myself missing him. All the sudden we hear howls and I run out to see what the big deal is when I see wolves and lots of them.

These wolves weren't rogue, these wolves obviously come from a pack but I didn't recognize them. I started growling and snapping at any that came my way I made sure the women and children were safe then joined the fight again. I'm fighting when I hear a yelps and I turn to see that four wolves had Elijah pinned down, I don't know why I felt so strongly about it but I got really angry that other wolves were touching him. I ran as fast as I could go and tare them off of him I kill two of them pretty quickly, the other two were more experienced and Elijah got back up and helped me finish them.

We hear another howl and as fast as they came, they were gone. Elijah went and shifted back and put clothes on, I went to my room to change and come back. "Thanks you saved my life." "I couldn't let you go down that easy, then who would wait for me?" I watched as a huge smile was on his face which caused me to smile. Honestly I thought I could never be happy again. "Is everyone here and okay!?" I yell out. "We lost a few warriors but overall we all seem to be alive!"

It worked! Yeah I lost some men but they can be replaced. I got what I came for and thanks to the information gave to me I was able to rush them and get her back. I didn't want to take the other one with us but she said he helped her and wanted to help me with my mission. So the dark force will rise and I will be there to guide it and in return I will be the most respected wolf. No longer will other underestimate me or what I can do! I will bring a new dawn to wolves all those high in power wolves will shake in fear. No longer will the wolves that are consider weak go unnoticed we will rise. The weak will show the strong who can survive and who is better. NO ONE WILL EVER JUDGE US AGAIN!!!

Elijah's pov.

I was on per troll because I was hoping to have something to do, well now I do. There are wolves running around everywhere and fighting happening. I was fighting with all my strength but I got pinned by four wolves. I yelped as one of them bit my leg, I then heard a very angry growl and seen Ruby running at them. She killed two with the fastest speed I have ever seen and then I was able to get up and help with the other two. We heard another howl and all the wolves that came here just left.

Weird but maybe they thought it was going to be easier. I told he thanks for saving me and she said she would let me leave her this early because then who would wait for her. This made me smile, she is warming up to me. Me smiling caused her to smile, she looked so beautiful smiling. I wanted to hug her but I kept my distance knowing she wasn't ready yet. I thought about taking her to my secret spot once a week to just talk and hang out.

I'll have to ask her if she would want to though. "Hey Ruby!" I had to suppress a growl. "What?" I can tell she is trying to not give an attitude. "How would you feel about training our wolves?" Our wolves? She isn't Luna so they are his wolves. "If I train them, I train them my way." "You will have full control over them." "Good, then consider it a yes." "Ok I'll tell them now so they won't be surprised." "Hey Elijah?" "Yeah?" "You want to help me train them?" "Sure!" This meant I could spend more time with her. "Hey uh, I was wondering if you would like to go to my secret spot like once a week or so to just talk more?" "I'd love too." "Great! What day would work best with you?" "Sunday's since no one will be training that day." "Okay I'll write it down."
