Love Wasted... Love Gained

I laid on my bed. 

My eyes red and tears staining my cheeks. I was dating Sting.... yeah was. Until I saw something that ruined my day...and shattered my heart. 

I was walking over to the Sabertooth gluid and it was really crowded and I'm glad it was. I looked over at the entrance of the Sabertooth gluid when I saw him and Yukno making out.

I thought he loved me. I thought

Then he saw me and his eyes went wide.

"L-Lucy?!"

Tears ran down my cheeks and I sprinted away from him.

I ran all the way to my house and locked the door behind me and I just laid on my bed hugging my pillow tightly.

I heard a noise by the window and I looked up.

"Luce?," Natsu jumped from the window onto my bed and hugged me. "What happened? Why are you crying?"

"I-I saw them... I saw him cheating on me with Yukno."

"Sting huh?"

"Hmhn." I didn't want to hear his name. It just hurts too much.

"You shouldn't have wasted all that love you have for someone who didn't love you."

"Huh, I guess maybe I really don't know what love is."

"Yes, you do."

"No, I don't."

"Well now that I think of it maybe you don't."

"Thanks that makes me feel so much better," I said sarcastically.

I could feel him chuckling and he looked back at me and he wiped the tears from my eyes and he locked eyes with me and said: "I mean you probably don't know what love is because you don't know how to tell if the person you love actually loves you back."

"Do you love someone Natsu?"

"Yeah, I love her more than anything in the world. She's stunning and smart and brave and she has these eyes that," He sighed, " Every time I look into them I lose myself."

"I guess this girl must be really lucky."

"Yeah, she is because she's you."

"Me?"

"Yeah, you." Then he wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me. I kissed him back and when he pulled back he smiled.

I blushed and looked down and then he said: "Did I do it wrong?"

"No," I looked up into his eyes and said, "You did it just right." His face turned a bright red and he looked at me with his face serious "I love you, Lucy. If you promise to be my girlfriend I'll promise I'll never do anything to hurt you or harm you in any way because I love you more than anything in the whole world Luce and I don't know what I do without you."

"Hm, but aren't I still with Sting? Cuz I don't think I actually broke up with him yet."

"Break up with him he doesn't deserve you." I heard his voice crack.

I hugged him and said" I know he dosen't...," I sniffled "Not at all... and my stupid dumbass dosen't want to hurt his feelings-" I started to cry and he embraced me "Hey...hey...You're a good person Luce. It's okay..it's okay."

"One second I wanna beat the crap out of him, the next I just sob into my pillow and to forgive his cheating ass."

"I can imagine."I looked at him and smiled
