Frozen (Part 3)

Natsu's Pov:

"Lucy!" I screamed as she took a hit for me.

"No! NO! NOOO! LUCY!" Jack ran to her side.

"Get away from her!" I yelled as I kept her in my arms.

"Luce. Wake up! LUCY!" I spoke softly getting gradually louder.

"She's not going to wake up Natsu!" He yelled.

"What? That can't be true. I can't lose her!"

"There's only one way to heal her frozen heart."

"AND YOUR NOT GOING TO TELL HIM!" The King hit him and sent him flying.

I saw Lucy hair become white and her skin a crystal blue.

"Jack!"

"Only a frozen heart can be healed by a true-" The King kicked him.

"True what?"

"True love's kiss!" He groaned.

The King stopped.

"Her times running out... Only true love's kiss can break the spell. So who will kiss Lucy Heartfillia first?"

No one's Pov:

All the guys rushed in front knocking Natsu down.

"Bastards! Move out of the way! He knows who her true love is."

"And there are only 3 tries or she's gone."

The guys backed away.

"Jack, Natsu, and one other can go up." Master said.

"Gray-sama should go." Juvia said. Everyone looked at her shocked and she walked away.

Gray stepped up.

"Jack go first."

Natsu bubbled with rage but let him kiss her.

Natsu couldn't watch and then Jack said "Lucy?"

No response. No movement. No nothing.

He sighed with relief

Gray was next. Natsu looked away or he would have exploded. Gray said "Lucy?"

No response. No movement. No nothing.

He gave another sigh.

Natsu's heart raced.

What happened if it doesn't work?

What if she dies?

No! I can't think that!

It has to work!

And he leaned in and as soon as their lips touched Lucy's skin turned back into its natural color along with her hair.

"Luce?"

She opened her eyes slowly.

"Natsu?"

"Lucy!"

"What happened?" She looked at me.

"That doesn't matter but we should go."

She got up and the King took a swing at her but I pushed her out of the way before he could.

"Dammit." And with that, we rushed out of the room.

The wind howled and sheets of snows prickled like cold needles.

Lucy shivered and I held her close and shielded her from the storm and started running from the palace.

The wind swirled up like a tornado and the King was over 20 feet tall!
