The aurora of the morning had me at peace as I woke up. The lovely crisp air of autumn was here, and I felt today was going to be a great day.
I walked to the guild smiling happily and ordered something to eat.
"Morning, Lucy." Mira smiled.
"Good Morning, Mira," I replied while I ate my food. I went to the job board and looked for some as Natsu and Happy walked to my side.
"Morning, Luce!" Natsu smiled. I felt my heart jumped, and my heartbeat began to race.
"Morning, Lushie!" Happy exclaimed.
"Hey, guys." I smiled and examined the jobs. I tried to distract myself so that I wouldn't seem obvious.
"Attention Everyone!" Master yelled.
We looked back at him, and I saw the Celestial Spirit King. Natsu and I looked at each other, and I shrugged at him. He nodded and stepped closer to me.
"Greeting Fairy Tail," He began and then his eyes landed on me.
I knew he wanted me to come towards him, so I nodded and stood by Master. I looked at Natsu, and he just stood there.
"Due to all the effort, you have put in and helped everyone including me; I cordially invite you all to a celestial ball."
I asked, "But the time difference?"
"No worries, it'll be fine. There will be no time difference, and everything will be the same as you left."
"Okay."
"Most importantly, I have a special announcement to make. Miss Lucy Heartfilla, is now the most powerful celestial spirit mage which makes her-"
"A celestial princess." I interrupted, and I couldn't believe it.
I'm the celestial princess?!
"Correct." He smiled, and everyone hollered with excitement.
"So, for this ball will be in honor of Lucy Heartfilla and Fairy Tail." The King cheered.
"Miss Heartfilla, please come forward."
I stepped forward, and he whispered something into my ear.
I nodded and walked into the middle of the guildhall.
"Now, I have to ask something of all of you."
The guild looked at me, anxiously, and I chuckled, "Don"t freak out?"
"We won't Lucy," Master replied and closed my eyes and took a deep breath. A golden aura surrounded me, and I floated into the air.
"Stars of the night dance, spin, twirl.
Dress these people in your glory.
And do the princess's will.
The heavenly bodies turn and twist,
Make gowns as radiant as your light!
Make suits worthy of knights!
Dress them to show them your worth!
Now my stars, ensemble!"
Gold specks of light surrounded everyone and dressed them beautifully.
