Lucy Pov:

"Luchan." She nudged me.

"Yeah, Levy." I said looking at her as I opened my locker to get my stuff.

"I forgot to ask you. Do you like Natsu?"

"What?" I chuckled nervously stuffing my books in my bookbag.

"Do you?"

"Keep it down Levy. Someone might hear you."

"That dosen't answer my question."

"Natsu and I have always been best friends and yes I do like him maybe even love him but I bet he'll never feel the same way."

"Oh, Luchan."

"You like Natsu!" Lisanna screeched.

Not her again

"HEY EVERYONE'"

I saw Natsu walk in and turn his head to her voice. Tears formed in my eyes.

"LUCY HEARTFILLIA LIKES NATSU DRAGNEEL!"

Natsu looked at me and I turned away and started running out of the school building.

"Luchan!" Levy yelled.

I kept running and I didn't look back and I ran all the way to my secret place.

Natsu's Pov:

"LUCY HEARTFILLIA LIKES NATSU DRAGNEEL!"

Lucy likes me?...

I saw Luce on the edge of tears she saw me look at her and she ran out of the school.

"Luchan!" Levy yelled and Lisanna started laughing.

"Luce!" I called out but I didn't think she heared me.

"Natsu, don't bother with her." Lisanna looked at me with admiring.

I pushed her away "You don't bother Lisanna. I don't like you. I don't like her. I LOVE her. Got that?"

I started to run after her and she looked at me bewildered.

"Lucy!"

"Lucy!"

"Lucy!" I yelled looking around for her.

Then I remembered where Lucy went when she was upset.

Her secret place.

I ran over there as fast as I could and I heared someone screaming.

It was Lucy.

I saw her and this guy had her arm trying to pull her into a van. Lucy broke free and started to run away when 3 of them surrounded her.

"We won't hurt you. Just come with us."

"Never. You Tartaros scum." She spat.

"Then we'll have to do this the hard way. "

"Alright then."

They ran at her and she knocked them to the ground.

Then one grabbed her foot and she fell and they grabbed her and lifted her up and she struggled out their grip.

"NATSU!" She yelled her voice cracking.

"LUCY!" I yelled

"Let her alone!" I kicked the 3 guys and caught Lucy in my arms. They got in their van and drove away.

Lucy looked at me tears running down her cheeks.

"Thank you." She hugged me.

"Your welcome." I smiled "I'll always be there when you need me."

She looked down and let go of me.

"I know." She said and I carried her I to her secret place and put her down on the soft grass.

"I'm sorry Lisanna embrassed you." I said.

She stayed silent.

"Was it true?"

"Yes." She squeaked.

"Well I gotta tell you something."

"What is it?" She croaked.

I scooted next to her and smiled "I love you."

"Huh?" She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

I kissed her and I headed her sigh.

"I love you too."
