Lady Lucy Heartfilla (Part 2)

I stood there unable to speak.

I had this such disgraceful feeling I couldn't describe with words.

"Sawarr, first. I came here for a job. You need to pay us."

"Oh, your from Fairy Tail?"

"Yep. As soon as we get our pay I'll tell you my answer to your proposal."

I looked at Natsu and we walked to where the door was.

Sawarr rushed by us with the money and Natsu took it.

Sawarr looked at me with lust in his eyes.

"Sawarr I do not accept your proposal."

"What? Why?!" He grabbed my hand.

I slapped him "You dare ask for my hand. I ran away from home. I don't want money,fancy dresses, a nice house. I just wanted a family who care. Friends who cared. I found that in Fairy Tail. Then my father gets his fortune taken away because YOUR FATHER didn't get me to marry you. And you know because there is no way I'm going to marry a ugly asshole like you. You wanted me for my looks but not for what's in my heart. Now I'm here on a job. Working for you to take care of your party, on your BIRTHDAY. And you ask me to marry you. Bullshit. Good day." I sneered.

He stood there shocked and Natsu grabbed me by the hand and we raced back to Magnolia.

I raced home and Natsu came with me and I grabbed my PJs and changed into them.

I put the dress back into a box and stored it.

"You know you still look stunning with or without the dress."

"Thanks. And I'm really sorry about how I acted at the ball."

"No, it's fine. I shouldn't have asked you to come with me."

"But, I really did have a good time, well expect for the proposal." I shuddered.

"You did?"

"Yeah, I love dancing and I though I forgot how but I'm still surprisingly good."

"Good? No your amazing." I blushed and Natsu smiled at me.

Then I remembered when we almost kissed when we were dancing until Sawarr interrupted us.

"The ball was really nice expect for Sawarr butting into everything and proposing." He said as if reading my mind.

"Yeah."

Natsu's Pov:

I watched the moons light coming from the window made Lucy's eyes sparkle.

I moved the hair out of her face and she looked at me with her beautiful chocolate brown eyes.

I saw her blush a bit in the moon lit room.

"Luce?"

"Yeah?"

I stood up and pulled her up with me.

"May I have this dance Lady Lucy Heartfilla?"

"With no music?"

"You don't need music to dance."

"You may."

We started to dance and our faces were only inches apart.

"Luce I want to tell you something."

"Yeah? What is it?" I twirled her and pulled her close to me and connected our foreheads.

"Luce, I love you." She stood in shock for a second and smiled then blushed.

"I love you too Natsu." She said looking me in the eyes.

We leaned in and kissed. Lucy wrapped her arms around my neck and as I wrapped my hands around her waist. After we let go Lucy smiled shyly at me. She let go of me and yawned then laid on her bed.

She made herself comfy and looked at me weirdly.

"Are you going to join me or stand there?" She chuckled.

I smiled at her and joined her.

Lucy's Pov:

He laid next to me and wrapped his around arms around me and I dug my head into his chest and fell asleep.
