"Tomorrow there will be not shortage of volunteers, no shortage of patriots. I know you understand."

After some days of static defense by the Tundrans, we had finally reached the capital's main defenses.

We had bombers ready to bomb the defenses, but there were machine gun towers protecting the capital with light tanks, infantry, assault troops, and bazooka soldiers. They also had radar arrays which prevented the bombers from coming in, so we had to go in ourselves and destroy them.

I was provided with six infantry, six assault soldiers, four bazooka soldiers, two anti-air soldiers and three pieces of mobile artillery, and I also had my squad with me.

Zach was sadly in the hospital still recovering from his wound from the last mission when we destroyed the Iron Eight. He had been shot in the stomach. They said he would be fine, but he couldn't fight for a about a month. I was still ready to take on the Tundrans, even without Zach.

I got my men together to brief them about the mission objectives. "Alright, first I want the artillery to move up near the first radar array. Then I will use the radio to call you and tell you to move to the next array."

The soldiers moved to their artillery and waited for me to finish briefing the others.

"The rest of us move along the defenses and take out the MGs, the radar arrays, and all enemy resistance," I said, "Once we destroy the last array we will call in the bombers to attack the capital."

"Sounds good to me," Miles replied. Everyone else nodded and grunted in agreement.

"Let's get moving," I ordered as I started walking down the road through the camp. My men followed close behind me. Suddenly, we saw two Tundran soldiers approaching. They started shooting their flamethrowers at us. "Get down!" I yelled as I hit the ground.

Then Miles shot one of the soldier's fuel tanks and it exploded - killing both of the enemy soldiers. "Let's keep going," said Donavan as he walked ahead of me, down the hill.

We continued towards a small bridge that led to the first array. "Ok, I want the anti-air soldiers to stay with the artillery because there are gunships around here so be ready," I said. The soldiers then went over to the artillery that was ready to destroy the second array.

We started moving across the bridge, crouched, and to the sides which were made of stone. Suddenly, a light tank appeared. "Where are my bazookas!?!" I screamed.

The four soldiers came over to me and asked me what they needed to do.

"God dammit fire at the tank!" I ordered.

"Yes sir," replied one of soldiers. He then took two other soldiers into the middle of the bridge and fired at the tank - destroying it.

"Go! Go! Go!" I said as my men continued along the bridge. We then approached a wall that surrounded the small camp. The Tundrans opened fire from behind sandbags and fallen rocks.

"Take out the soldiers!" I yelled over the gun fire.

I then saw a machine gun team running across the battlefield. "Take out that MG team!" I shouted. Joe then shot down the team. "Good shot!" Josh praised, patting him on the back.

"Let's move up. I want Colton, Derek, Josh and Josh to flank right and take out the soldiers there, the rest of us will move left and take out the radar array and the MG tower," I said over the gunfire.
