25. Never Say Goodbye

Chapter 25: Never Say Goodbye- Stuck In Your Radio

~•^*^•~Aleks' POV~•^*^•~

I woke up to Elaine still fast asleep next to me. I kissed the top of her head and pulled her in closer to me. Finally I got up. I first went into the bathroom and fixed my hair. I have the worst bed head on the planet. I then grabbed a shirt from a packing box. I can't believe that in a week Elaine and I are moving. I slipped it on and then grabbed some sweats and tossed them on. I'll change when it's time to go. Elaine shifted in the bed and groaned. I shushed her quietly.

"Shhh, go back to bed baby." I kissed the top of her head and walked into the kitchen. Just then I got an idea. Since I want to be the best boyfriend, I decided to make my perfect girlfriend some breakfast. I grabbed the bacon and eggs out of the fridge and then grabbed a pan to make them. I made the eggs first. I also decided to make potato browns. I put the chopped up potatoes seasoned with Italian seasoning in the oven and set the table while I waited. When the browns were done, I pulled them out and put them on a plate. I finished the eggs and put them in a bowl. As I started the bacon, I heard the door creak indicating that Elaine was up.

I groaned and woke up yawning. I turned over to cuddle into Aleks but he wasn't there.

"Ugh." I rolled out of the bed and noogied Ella's head.

"Hey baby! You're getting big." I kissed her head and pulled out some sweats to put on so I don't walk in with a sweatshirt and underwear. Mm smells like bacon. I walked out into the hall and saw Aleks at the stove. I crept up behind him and hugged his waist. He turned his head and smiled.

"Morning babe." he said. I let go and he turned around and gave me a kiss.

"What's this?" I said looking at the food.

"What? I can't treat my amazing girlfriend to a nice breakfast?" he said. I smiled and kissed his lips.

"Well you know what I like. You are so cheesy, I love you." He finished making the bacon and put it on a plate. We sat down and ate.

"Babe are you sure you want to go shopping today with Ash?" He grinned widely.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?"

"I don't know. It's not 'manly' enough." I said waving my fork up in the air half shrugging.

"No it's fine." Just then a knock sounded from the door. Aleks got up and went to the door that Ella was barking at. A creak sounded from the door and I got up and cleaned up the plates. I heard voices at the door but couldn't make out what they were saying.

"Babe!" Aleks called out.

"Yes!" I responded loudly.

"Eddie's here and he wants to talk to you." I wiped off my wet hands from doing the dishes and walked into the little foyer. Eddie stood there looking like he was about cry. I pulled him into the bedroom. He sat down on the bed and then burst out into tears.

"Hey Astuto(means Sly in Spanish) what's going on?" I said while hugging him.

"Natalie... Broke... Up... With... Me..."he wailed and hiccuped in between words. That got me angry. Who breaks up with Eddie!! He's literally the best person I have ever met!! I furrowed my eyebrows and thinned my lips.

"Hey do u wanna chill here and get your mind off of things?" I asked. He sniffled and nodded.

"Here I'll make you some hot cocoa." I said before standing up and walking towards the door.
