Another surprise on the way

So it's been 5 months since my last story, and in that 5 months I have found out I am pregnant again, with mine and Zak's 4th child, I decided to surprise him with the news by putting a baby grow in a box with the positive test. I gave it to him on a date night, his mom babysat the kids and we went for a meal. We got sat down and he noticed a brought a bag in with me.

"Honey, why have you got a bag with you?" He asked as he pointed to the bag.

"I have a surprise for you" I said.

"Well don't keep a happy man waiting babe" He said rubbing his hands together.

"Isn't it great to have some us time, obviously I'm still thinking about the kids, if they're behaving and that, but it's nice to have some time with it being just you and me" I said.

"Yeah, I love having you and me time too" He said and kissed my cheek.

"Yeah, and surprisingly after all these years, I'm deeply in love with you" I said.

"Surprisingly?!" He questioned making me laugh.

"Well you are a dork and an idiot at times, but you love the kids, you're a great husband and dad" I said.

"You're a great wife and mom" He said smiling. "Anyway back to this surprise" He said eyeing the bag.

"Ok ok, here's the surprise" I said and grabbed the bag, I take the gift box out and give it to him.

"Am I gonna like it?" He asked as more of a teaser.

"Well I hope you'll love it" I said. He proceeded to clear fully open the box, he looks at the white baby grow with 'Little one' in rainbow colours.

"What? Why a baby grow?" He asked.

"Keep looking through it" I said, he looked through the box and found the positive test.

"Is this yours?" He asked.

"Err, I hope so" I said chuckling.

"Is this a prank?" He asked.

"Why would it be a prank?" I asked.

"We already have 3 children, you want a 4th?" He asked.

"Zak, I'm pregnant with the 4th, the test is real, it's my test babe" I said.

"Oh, are we really wanting a 4th child though? We have a 7 year old and 5 year old twins, just the 3 of them are hard work" He said.

"So, you don't want this baby?" I asked.

"You know what, we've managed with 3 kids and they're the happiest any kids could be, yeah I do want this baby, as much as I wanted Sydnie, Levi and Lauryn" He said and put his hand on mine.

"Thank god for that, you had me worried for a minute then" I said while sighing a breath of relief.

"So how far are we?" He asked.

"About 10 weeks" I said.

"I'm excited, the kids will love their new baby brother or sister, I'll love my new son or daughter as much as I love them 3" He said. We had our meal and went home to 3 sleeping children. We went to our 12 week scan and the baby checked out healthy and normal, perfect, we then announced the baby news to everyone at a family get together, they were all so happy for us, the kids took a little while to accept they were going to have a new sibling in the house.
