Our First Meet

This request is for Hdemeritt13, it's another part to Love Your Child Unconditionally but it's based on their lives before their marriage and baby, it's their first meeting and so on.. Hope you like it!

Heathers POV

I'm Heather, the wife of Zak Bagans and mother of his child Sydnie, I'm gonna share how me and Zak met and got together, it was the best time of the life, other than marrying him and having a daughter with him. 

Rewind 6 years ago.

I'm walking home from work, I got out early as I don't feel very well, I have a cold and I'm exhausted, soon I get home, why didn't I take my car? I'll tell you why, I thought some fresh air would do me good for my cold, but it doesn't feel like it, I just feel even more worn out. I take a shower and get in my pj's, and lay in bed, but instead of getting some rest, I decide to check my twitter, I like to interact with the Ghost Adventures Crew, they're my idols, and I'll admit, I have a crush on Zak Bagans, I mean what's not to love about him? He's gorgeous, sweet, kind, loves animals, he's everything you'd want in a guy. A new tweet comes through from Zak, I open the tweet and read it.

'On the road to our next #GhostAdventures investigation, looking forward to it, and it's in the best city, Arizona' Oh my, they're coming over here, I live in Arizona, I could meet them, it sounds crazy but every fan wants to meet them, don't they? I'm not gonna go crazy, if I meet them I meet them, if I don't I don't. I put my phone down and decide on rest. I really want this cold gone.

3 days later

So the Crew are here in Arizona somewhere, I haven't seen them, I don't think they'll be here much longer either, maybe I'll see them some other time. I'm going to the cafe for some lunch, I always have a hot chocolate from here, they're so nice! I get to the cafe and order my drink, I watch the lady make it and I pay her for it, I turn around a walk straight into someone. Crap! I've dropped my drink everywhere.

"I'm so sorry, are you ok?" I ask not looking at who I walked into.

"I'm fine, just a bit wet on my trousers, are you?" A man's voice asks. I look up and see, it's Zak, am I dreaming? I just walked into Zak. "Um, are you ok ma'am?" He asks again. Crap, I've been zoned out.

"Um, yeah, yeah I'm fine, I'm just feeling really bad for dropping my drink on you" I say grabbing some napkins and giving them to him. "Here, it won't make it better but I don't know what else to do, I feel so clumsy" I say. Now I'm chatting nonsense.

"It's ok, really, here let me buy you another drink" He offers.

"Oh no, Zak, it's fine, I walked into you" I say.

"You know who I am" He says. Oh god!

"Yeah, I do" I say. What am I saying? "Sorry, I sound crazy" I say shutting my eyes and shaking my head, I open them again and he's chuckling.

"It's ok, you don't sound crazy at all, and I insist on replacing your drink" He says. "What did you get?" He asks.

"Hot chocolate, they're the best, but you don't have to" I say trying to stop him.

"Two hot chocolates please" He orders. "I want to" He says to me.

"Why two?" I ask stupidly.

"You said they're the best, I wanna try one" He says. "Anyway, what's your name?" He asks.

"Heather" I tell him.

"Well, Heather, nice to meet you, here's your hot chocolate" He says handing me a drink.

"Thanks, how come you're here?" I ask.

"Got bored of the guys, thought I'd go for a stroll, saw this place and fancied a drink so here I am" He says. "I'm glad I did come over now" He says. We take a seat at a table.
