The Haunted Museum

"Georgie! Come on let's go!" I am shouted at as I put my phone in my left side trouser pocket.

"I'm coming, just be patient!" I shout back as I make sure everything is how it should be, checking my hair and making sure I'm dressed right. "Jeez" I say to myself. Me and my best friend Mollie have come from LA to Vegas to visit Zak's Haunted Museum. To say we're both excited would be an understatement, we're both huge fans of Ghost Adventures and we've been waiting for this day forever now, about 3 months. We got to this hotel the day before yesterday, we thought we'd make a little vacation out of it so we went up the Vegas strip yesterday, we go back to LA the day after tomorrow.

"We're running late" Mollie says as I make my appearance.

"We're not running that late, you're just really excited, and I am too, but just chill a bit yeah?" I ask. "I do look ok to you?" I ask as I look at my outfit again, I'm wearing my 'I want to be locked down with Zak Bagans' tshirt and a hoodie and jeans, all black of course, I love black clothing.

"Yes you look beautiful, let's go we've gotta be there in 15 minutes and it's a 20 minute Uber ride.

"We'll make it in time, don't panic" I say as we walk out of the door.

"If we don't get late in because we're too late, I will kill you Georgie" She threats. She doesn't mean it.

"If we don't make it in time, I'll help you" I say confident we'll be there in time. We get to the lobby just as a car pulls up looking at the building.

"I think that's the Uber, he must be running late too, oh god there's traffic, he got stuck in traffic, we're gonna be late" Mollie says as we approach the Uber.

"Mollie shut up, we'll be there, look around, no traffic" I point out as I look and see cars flying up and down the road.

"Ok, Ok, all will be fine" She says to herself. She really is excited. In a minute I'm just leave her here.

"You ladies call an Uber?" The driver asks us as we get to the car.

"We sure did, to The Haunted Museum" I say to which he nods. We get in the car and he starts driving.

"So are you ladies from around here, I heard that museum, people visit from all over the world" The driver says.

"We're from LA, we're here for a couple days" Mollie says.

"Oh cool, you enjoying your visit?" He asks.

"Yeah it's been great so far" I say with a smile.

"Sorry but could you step on it, we're meant to be there in less than 15 minutes" Mollie says.

"Sure sure, I'll get you there on time" He says as I feel the car pull away a bit as he speeds up.

10 minutes later the museum is in sight as we're just up the road from it. It looks amazing in person on the outside.

"I see it! I see it!" Mollie squeals in excitement.

"At least you don't need specs" I say sarcastically. The driver pulls up outside of the building and I pay him for the drive.

"Thanks ladies, have a great time" He says as we get out of the car.

"Thanks" Mollie says as she shuts the door.

"Thank you" I say and also shut the door, he then drives away. We stand and look at the building.

"This place looks amazing" Mollie says as we stare.
