Near Whitmore, Caroline and Amelia both looked around Wes' makeshift lab, hunting for any signs of a cure. Before she died, Katherine injected Elena with the ripper virus, meaning they needed a cure now more then ever. They couldn't have both her and Damon locked up forever.
Both of them searched different areas, going through draws and piles of paper, looking for anything that could be remotely useful.
"Amelia" Caroline called, attracting the brunettes attention.
She glanced at Caroline over her shoulder "Find anything ?"
Caroline held up the tape recorder she found, and pressed play, both of them going silent to listen to what was on it. A moment later, the voice of Wes Maxfield began to come out of it "I've managed to extract the werewolf venom from Nadia Petrova's blood. The addition of the venom will make the ripper virus even more lethal to vampires"
Both girls eyes went wide, realizing exactly what that meant "Oh god" Caroline breathed out, wrapping her head around it all.
"So werewolves are real" A new voice hummed, making both girls turn and look behind them, to see Enzo leaned against a metal table "I was told that was just like, you know, a joke" He said, glancing over at Caroline "I'm Enzo. I've already met Amelia, but not you"
The blonde raised a eye at him, then looked at Amelia, pointing at him "The Enzo"
"No, the other one" He told her sarcastically, earning a eye roll from the Evans girl.
Amelia nodded, a frown on her lips "Sadly, that's him"
"All right, Enzo, I don't know what it is your doing here, but neither of us want in part in it" Caroline told him firmly, not in the mood for games.
"I'm here for the same reason you two are" He defended, speaking the truth, even if they didn't believe him "I want this vampire-feeding virus out of our lives"
"Of course you do" Amelia scoffed in disbelief.
"Why? You want your killing buddy back? Killing innocent people not as much fun when you're alone?"Caroline snapped at him, a judgemental but also mocking tone in her voice, a scowl plastered on her face.
The ex Augustine patient just smirked " Right. Damon mentioned you get a little judgy. Then again, he also said you had a thing for accent" This put a disgusted look on Caroline's face, and Amelia bit back a laugh, trying to keep on a hard exterior.
Glaring at him, Caroline grabbed Amelia by the wrist, tugging her along as she stormed past him "Just stay out of it. We don't need any more problems" She warned as they went.
"Then you're not the least bit impressed that I have the antidote?"
They froze in their tracks, exchanging glances with one another, unable to tell if he was lying to them or not. Sighing, they turned back to face him once more, awaiting an explanation. When they did, a wicked grin grew on his lips, knowing he now had their full attention.

Leaving Caroline and Stefan to deal with Enzo, Amelia made her way to Whitmore, since it was her turn to watch over the Doppelganger. With the help of Liv, they had sealed the girl into her dorm building, since it was cleared out for break. It would stop her harming anyone, while they worked on getting a cure.
Making sure to stay the opposite side of the seal, Amelia leaned her back against the wall and slid down it, making herself comfortable on the floor. Approaching the seal, Elena spotted the Evans girl sat, and cautiously made herself noticeable.
