We arrived to school at 7:10, teachers were scattered everywhere dressed in different colors and there were couples everywhere holding hands and dancing to the music. "WE'RE GONNA GO GRAB SOME DRINKS. DO YOU WANT ANYTHING?" Terri and Casey shouted over the music. "YES PLEASE. MAKE SURE YOU TASTE IT FIRST!" I replied. Wouldn't want anyone going home drunk. I looked around to see how good of a job I've done planning all this. The theme was spring. Flowers were everywhere and people were taking selfies in front of the decorations. I was caught off guard by Collin gently grabbing my hand and pulling me to the dance floor. "Come on let's dance" he said smiling hard. "I'm not a good dancer." I yelled back. "So. Neither can I but aren't you happy to be spending your last year of high school with me?" He said pulling me close. "Well..yeah. Fine let's dance" I replied. We then went out to the dance floor and shake it off by Tay swift started to play. Collin started dancing and singing. "But I keep moving, can't stop won't stop grooving, its like I got this music in my mind saying its gonna be alright.." I laughed so hard and just thought if you can't beat em join em! We sang and danced to the rest of the song until a slow song came on. I was about to walk off but he pulled me back. He placed his hands around my waist and I put mine around his neck. We danced to all the right moves by one republic. While the song played I looked adoringly into Collin's eyes and he into mine. People started saying cute things like 'awww' and 'power couple 2016'. This is the best night of my life. I'm dancing with the guy of my dreams and I could only imagine how prom would be. How did I get so lucky? Is this a sign from god saying don't give up? When the song ended he kissed me passionately and gave me a red rose. Where did he get it from? Is he a magician? "Oh my gosh Collin it's beautiful! Where'd you get it from though?" I asked. "Remember when I told you I would have something up my sleeve on Thursday? This is what I meant." He said explaining everything. This guy is to sweet. "Awww babe. Thank you. But I didn't even get you anything." I said feeling like shit. "You already gave me something earlier this week that could change my life forever." "What did I give you?" "You gave me all of you." And as soon as he said that I knew that this wasn't a prank, this wasn't a trick, this was something so beautiful and I couldn't wait to see what the future held for us. I hugged him with so much meaning. Casey came up to us casually ruining our moment. "Hey love birds pictures are waiting to be taken!" He yelled over metro station's song shake it. We danced off the dance floor to the cafeteria. I seen Benson and Terri taking their pictures. They look too cute. I snapped a pic with my phone from afar and posted it on Instagram. Caption: couple goals. And I tagged her in it. Collin held my hand and paid Rob, junior, $16 to take our pictures. Our first picture was of us facing each other holding hands and him kissing my cheek. The second one was him behind me with his hands wrapped around my waist. And the last one was supposed to be of us doing something crazy. He did a rock n roll sign and I did my signature peace sign. When we got our pictures we left to meet up with everyone else. "You guys were literally so cute!" Casey said gushing over us. "Ooh Casey I'm sorry I didn't Compliment you sooner, but you are look good in that shade of pink." I said grabbing his hand in a playful manner. "YASSSSS bitch I'm giving you bubble gum that wanna get popped." He said laughing with me and Collin. It was 10:56 and that means it was time to go. When we made it outside I texted Terri and told her to meet us outside. She hasn't texted back for a couple of minutes. I went back in to find people chanting fight. I looked everywhere for Terri and Benson but when I did, I wished I would have found them sooner. "Yep your just a bitch that thinks she's so clever. You didn't even know Benson was playing you!" Queen bitch Lucy said out loud with a satisfied grin on her ugly face. "Hey. I would never do that to you Terri, she's lying!" Benson pleaded. "Lucy are you really that jealous that he chose me over a slutty air head that doesn't know the the difference between a river and a ocean" Terri said defending my name. "Oh speaking of lake there she is now" all attention was on me. Oh no I didn't like being the center of attention. I also didn't want any drama but I most definitely didn't want her talking about my friend that way. "Lucy don't you have a hole to plug-- oh I'm Sorry multiple holes to plug?" I said receiving laughs from everyone in the gymnasium. "Nope but your friend here isn't getting hers plugged tonight because she just learned the truth about big bad Benson here." She said earning a glare from me and Terri. "Look Lucy it's not our fault your a big bitch!" I said frustrated with this argument. "It's not my fault your slut of a friend can't keep her legs closed." The bitch said. Nothing could hold me back before I was in her face and Collin came running behind me. I slapped her hard. Harder than the punch I got from Alex last week. As much as I wanted to kill her, Collin pulled me off of her before i caused too much damage. He took me out the school with Terri and Benson trailing behind. Yup I knew tonight wouldn't be complete without a fat lady singing or should I say a fat mouth running.
