Matt x Reader: Broken Glass

It's been a while hasn't it? Well for those Matt lovers out there, enjoy this oneshot and I will make another one shot as soon as I can....

Y/n's POV:

I love me. That's all I could think of. Me, me, me, me and me. Call me selfish at times, but I at least know when to help others or something. I was at home when my dogs were playing together like always but they always fight. Looking at my laptop, I heard a sound of glass breaking. Oh no! They did not! 

I go to the living room to see where they were and I see one of my favorite mirrors smashed on the floor in pieces. My dogs looked confused but I was boiling angry at them. I gave them like a one hour lecture and dragged them outside. Call me evil but this was for their own good if they need to stop fighting and break all my mirrors. I looked back at the mirror and saw something on the back. It was a picture of my best friend Matt when we were younger. Along with the other guys.

No one's POV now:

Young y/n was playing in the sand box alone when she/he saw a group of kids surrounding a boy in her age wearing a grey hoodie along with other boys wearing a green long sleeves shirt, yellow long sleeves shirt with blue overalls (can't spell) and another boy wearing a red sweater looking beaten up on the ground. The group of kids were heading to him when Y/n ran up to them and pushed them down.

"HEY! PICK ON SOMEONE WITH YOUR KIND OF BRAIN BUB!" Y/n yelled as loud as she could so the teachers would hear. They started to run away until a teacher grabbed them all and took them inside. She looked back at the boys and she/he could tell that they were shocked. Y/n went up to the boy in the grey hoodie and gave him a concerned look.

"Be careful next time okay?" They all nodded and went back to playing except for the one boy in the hoodie. He went up to her/him and gave them a kiss on the cheek then gave them a mirror.

"Let's all hang out together sometime!" The rest of the day was just playing and playing in school together until they all graduated high school.

Y/n's POV: 

I haven't seen them since we all graduated and I don't know what their all doing now. I started to shed tears hoping to see them again. I looked at all the broken mirror pieces and put them together. This was the mirror that Matt gave me and now it's broken. It's true that I love myself. But then I also realized.......

I love you Matt....
