Sehun stared at them from afarhe could see them staring at each others eyes as he gave her soft smiles
'did she really finally move on?' he asked himself
he couldnt bare to look at them any longerthey were currently in the party that the company threw for Chemistry congratulating them for their song reaching no. 1
they didn't really plan on going to the party but seems like Chnayeol and Kyungsoo wanted to congratulate Hailey
and so the rest of the members tagged along except for the ones that had a schedule of course
Sehun decided to focus on something else instead until he felt an arm around his shoulder
it was Chanyeol
"Yah! why do you look so down?" he asked "we havent gone to any parties lately atlease we should enjoy this" he says as he smiled widely
"he's right Sehun besides it our Hailey's party their song reached no. 1 remember we should atlease congratulate her" Chen says "afterall we were her mentors once right?" he then winks at Sehun before calling on the other members
apparently they planed to greet Hailey together since they were all her mentors before she debuted
Hailey was no longer with Taeyong by the time they got to her she was sitting alone at the table while looking at her hand phone
Sehun wasn't surprised she always had trouble talking to people anyway
"Oh! Hailey!" Chanyeol called out
Sehun was always jealous at how she and Chanyeol were close in a way that he could call out to her that way
everyone gathered around her and it was obvious that was taken by surprise
everyone greeted and congratulated her
they felt proud since they mentored her after all
Hailey would smile every now and then as the members tell her stories about how Kai and Lay cried when they got their first win
Kai would hide face in embarrassment and the members would just laugh at him
at some point Sehun and Hailey would catch each other's eyes but would instantly look away
Sehun looked at her as she smiles
making himself smile too
