epilogue

// one year later

"okay cut!" the director shouts "that's a wrap for today great job everyone!"

Sehun then made his way to the dressing room quickly fixing his things

"are you going there?" he hears Chanyeol ask he simply nodded and gave him a weak smile in response

he went ahead of everyone leaving the filming set early

EXO was currently filming for their new mini-album

and fortunately, they finished quite early this time

the drive there was silent as Sehun preferred it that way as he made his way to 'that' building

Sehun stopped by a convince store on the way and bought a couple of alcohol

Sehun went up there and looked at the view in which he had grown familiar with

he opened a can of beer and drank its contents as he looked at the view

it was peaceful there but 'he' wasn't at peace at all

tears started falling and Sehun drops the can of beer in his hand as he held the railing of the rooftop

a year

a year has passed since that accident

Sehun felt so guilty for not being able to do anything

he felt guilty since he was with her before the accident happened

he felt so dumb to not keep an eye on her

tears wouldn't stop falling

Sehun knew that going there was a stupid idea cause it only reminded him of the times they were together in that rooftop

and the last time they were together

a lot of things has been running through his mind

so many scenarios of how thing could have gone

whys didn't he notice? Sehun often asks himself

that last kiss they shared

why didn't he notice then? the way she looked into her eyes

it was as if they were saying goodbye

its been a year and not a day has passed without her in his mind

it was as if she had left a deep mark on him

and she did

Sehun never stopped blaming himself for letting her go

for being stupid enough to doubt her and not being with her during the times she had it rough

Sehun slowly made his way to her

"hey" he greets with a weak smile "I brought you flowers," he says looking at the bouquet hhe was holding

'Ghim Jiyeon'

Sehun carefully placed the bouquet in front of her tree

a tree was planted on her grave and it grew beautifully

"im sorry" he says "this is the first time I came to visit you" he says as he placed his hand against the tree "I couldn't bring myself to come here during your funeral" tears stated to fall "I still cant believe you left"

the place was quite and only the chirping of the birds around could be heard

Sehun smiled bitterly "but im here now" he then wiped his tears away "I just want you to know that im doing well now and we're currently preparing for a comeback too" he says as he tried to act cheerful but his voice failed him "it would've have been better if you were here with me"

Sehun stayed there for a while

looking at the tree's leaves as it swayed with the wind

he stayed till the sun sets

"I guess I have to leave now" he says "its getting dark too" he looks up and sees the stars slowly appearing in the sky and smiled "are you one of those stars?" he asks no one in particular

"I miss you"

this ending is sad I know that's why I will posting an alternative ending!

this ending is where the story finally ends while the alternative ending may still go on but have a new series with the same characters! confusing I know but you'll understand soon :D
