Hailey has been staring at the window beside her hospital bed for hours
the door opened and her parents came in
she sighed she knew it was them who walked in
"what are you here?" she asked them still not taking her eyes off the window
"what kind of greeting is that?!" she heard her mother say in an irritated tone Hailey could only roll her eyes
by then all she wanted was to get out of that hospital and go back to the company with her members 'they must be so worried' she thought
"it's a good thing that we finally got you out of that awful company" her mother suddenly says making her look at them with a surprised expression on her face "how dare they teach you to be this disrespectful?! We didn't raise you to be like this"
"what do you mean 'out of that company'?! what did you do?!" Hailey's voice was filled with anger
her mother only smirked at her "your contract has been terminated you no longer go back to that place"
"no.." she says with a voice hardly audible "this cant be happening"
she then heard her mother laugh "Oh but it has already happened!" she then made her way towards her daughter "now you shall continue your study about our business and enough with those idols" she then raised her chin to make Hailey look at her "time to grow up and face reality that you don't belong to that kind of life you belong here" she then walked away to grab her things "you will be discharged soon we will be waiting at home and then we will leave for Japan the next day" and then they left
leaving Hailey alone as tears started to fall
she hurriedly got her phone out
more tears fell as she read the articles and comments of the netizens
she had indeed lost everything
later that day she was getting ready to be discharged
she was wearing an oversized hoddie
it was what her parents' secretary told her to wear since there was a lot of reporters at the lobby of the hospital
they wanted to take pictures of Hailey because of the resent issue
she then wore a mask to cover half of her face
as they reached the lobby the reporters started going wild trying to get pictures and trying to get near her
Hailey's parents also sent some body guards to help Hailey exit the hospital easier
they knew that something like this was gonna happen
all Hailey could hear were the sounds of camera flashing around her as she kept her head down
Hailey was silent inside the car
she stared at her phone as she wanted to call her members but wasn't sure of what to say to them
she felt bad that she had to drag their names into this mess she made
she felt bad for leaving them just like that
she wanted to call them but didn't have the courage to
Hailey could only let out a sigh as she looked at the moving cars on the road
they arrived at their mansion
it was their real home when her sister was alive
and it doesn't even feel like home anymore
Hailey looked at the house sighing before entering
her parent were waiting for in the living room
her father reading the newspaper while her mother drinking tea
"oh youre here!" her mother greeted smiling Hailey wanted to roll her eyes at that "you better start packing up we're leaving for Japan early tomorrow"
Hailey nodded before excusing her self
Walking to the wrong direction her mother called her out "JiHoon your room is that way" she calls out
Hailey then walked to the other direction and made her way to her room
once inside she looked at her hand
in which she held a car key in
Hailey didn't really go to the wrong direction she did that on purpose to grab the car key that was placed in their key holders that were in the other side
Hailey then packed a couple of stuff placing them in her backpack
she also brought some cash she had stashed away before while living there
she then climbed out of the window of her room
she had done this before when she tried to escape from her private tutors
she then opened the gate as quietly as she could
the guards were nowhere anyway so she had to do it fast before they came back
when the gate was wide enough she then took her parents car and drove away
she drove without knowing where she'd go
"Hailey?" her mother called out while knocking on her door "Hailey!"
no answer
when she opened the door there was no sight of Hailey anywhere
"Mrs. Ghim it seems like one of your cars is missing" the butler says
Mrs. Ghim so mad when hearing "HAILEY HAS ESCAPED WE HAVE TO LOOK FOR HER!" she says "CHECK THE SECURITY CAMERAS WE NEED TO FIND HER BEFORE SHE CAUSES MORE TROUBLE!!!"
