Good Friday Evening

Father Jean's POV:

Her heart stopped beating twice...her body convulsed violently thrice...and the wounds in her hands, feet and side has bleeding out for hours...but...she's still fighting. And so do we.

After celebrating the Good Friday service, I invited people to pray the rosary, in fit of a vigil for Imee's life. As night falls, hundreds of devotees gathered in front of the church with Anthony as their leader, they're holding candles and rosaries...and pray for her.

Imee, stay strong...hang in there.

Imee Therese's POV:

I just saw myself...hanging above the ground. My hands are tied in two pillars in the opposite directions. I don't know why...but I feel so exhausted...as I looked back...and saw centurion...holding a whip...and started to lash it at my back...

"AAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!"

With the crack of the whip, I cried in excruciating pain...as the centurion continues to whip me with several lashes. It hurts so bad...that I feel myself dying from the inside out...

So...this is what the passion of the Lord is all about...but this is not only the lashes...He bleeds to death when the crown of thorns was put unto his head...His body can't take much longer when He was mercilessly carried the heavy cross and fall down thrice...and makes His final breath after nails cut through His hands and feet for six straight hours. To be a Servant of God...I must suffer all the passion that He endured for the salvation of humanity. But...but...

"SPLAAAG!!!"

Before I was able to think much, I was slammed hard to the ground. The centurion has just untied me. But because of agonizing lashes at my back...I can't stand up to fight against him...nor I can't move a muscle of my body...

Then I was kicked by the centurion many times to my side...adding to the excruciating pain that I'm having. He keeps on kicking...and kicking....and kicking...before my lifeless body turned upright...just to find out the true identity of the centurion...

It was a fallen angel! The angel of the Devil! His face is indescribable...except that his eyes are colored bloody red...he then unfurled his wings...comparable as of a bat. And now...he takes out a dagger...with blood's dripping endlessly from it...and he aims towards my heart.

"Huh? Wha-what are you doing?!?! Please don't hurt me!!! Please! No..no...no...NOOOO!!!!!" As the fallen angel is about to stab me to death, I closed my eyes and...

"LORD! SAVE ME!!!!"

After a few moments, I opened my eyes...and I was amazed by what I'm seeing now. The fallen angel has disappeared...and so the place where I was being flagged. Instead, I saw myself lying above the clouds...there was peace and tranquility...the pains from the lashes are now gone.

And from that point, the angel of the Lord approached me and offered his hand...which I accepted it. We then started to fly further up into the sky...until we arrived in another cloud...where I saw a simple long table with a small chalice at the middle of it. Slowly, the mist behind it disappears...and there, a lady walking towards me. She wears white robes and crowned with the 12 stars. She carries a lamb, which has a wound on its heart. Surrounding the two are seven angels repeatedly adoring them. That's when I realized that it was the Blessed Virgin...and the Lamb of God.

"Blessed are you, O Holy Ones." Without hesitation, I knelt down and praised them.

"Arise, Beloved Servant of God..."

I complied with the sweet voice of the Virgin. I stood up...and approached the table, where She is waiting for me.

"O, Blessed Mary. Did I fulfill my mission according to the will of the Lord?" I asked her. "I beg your forgiveness if I had shortcomings...in doing His will."

"The Lord has forgiven you, my child. But you are fulfilling your mission, just as you promised." The Blessed Virgin replies. "You have slowly regained the faith of His children to the church. However, His children still needs your help?"

"Yes, what can I do for them?"

"There would tragedies and troubles ahead of us. This will challenge the faith that has been established by the Transformed Host that was given to them. You need to keep them out of harm's way and bring them to the promises of the Lord to them. You need to stay strong with the Lord...for He needs you. Good thing that you have gathered some that will help you in your mission. Don't worry, many more will come for you."

"Thank you, Loving Mother....for believing in me." I thanked the Blessed Virgin. "Pray for me...so I could faithfully fulfill what wonders will God do with me..."

"Let it be done..."

The Blessed Virgin then hands me over the Lamb...I hugged him...and pat His head gently. He growls...as He seems to be pleased by the affection that I'm giving to Him.

I was about to give the Lamb back to the Blessed Virgin...but when I turned to her...she's already disappeared. So I just put the Lamb down on the top of the table beside the chalice. And that's when...the Lamb, from the wound on His heart...spurts out His blood into the chalice, much to my worries.

"Worry not, the Lamb of God will not die." Then, I heard a mysterious voice. "For He had already died for the salvation of humankind...He rose again...and lives eternally...so to give new life to whoever believes in Him."

The Lamb then stops spurting His blood...leaving the chalice full...then the voice spoke to me...

"Take this and drink from it...for the Spirit that has spoken through the prophets, martyrs, confessors, doctors and all saints...will be with you to fulfill your promise the Lord, our God."

I followed what the voice is telling me...I drank the contents of the chalice...it came as a blood from the Lamb...but it tastes as sweet as a wine...and that's when I began to regain consciousness...but...I heard a voice for the last time...

"The Lord will give you a reward from heaven...for He loves you..."

And my vision turns black, but the sounds that I heard changed...the beep of the heart monitor from my ventilator...the sounds from the moving electric fan that providing me air and comfort...and some voices from the outside...uttering prayers. I also sensed...that I'm holding a rosary and a cross in one hand...and a lighted candle that has been pouring out wax on the other...hmm...wait, wax?!

"Ow!!!" I complained as hot wax is all over my hand. "Help! Help! Please put out the candle!"

"Yes! Yes! I'm coming!" Then I heard a familiar voice, rushing towards the bedside and pick up the candle away from me. And then....

"Imee...is that you?"

"Of course, Anthony! Who do you think I may be? Hehehe!" I replied at him with a giggle. "Sorry if I worried you so much."

"No worries, it doesn't matter anymore." Anthony hugged me. "What matters most is that you're still alive."

"Thank you, my love."
