Blue Eyes {Joey Graceffa Fanfic}

San Diego

Joeys POV:

Today Emily and I really needed a break form life. We are going to San Diego for two days and spend one night. We are going to go to the beach and the festival they have. Maybe go clubbing. Emily isn't that kind of person though. I was just looking forward to two days of just her and I. We got up and dressed. We headed out the door. Once we got in the car I knew what the topic of dissussion was going to be. We couldn't aviod this. This was huge.

Joey: Are you ok?

Emily: Ya, Why?

Joey: You just have been sad. I know you have every right to be to. I am not mad if you are sad. Just tell me what is wrong.

Emily: I have had trust issues all my life. This just did not happen.

Joey: Do you still trust me? Did you ever trust me?

Emily: I do trust you I always have. Thats why I was nervous about this relashinship. I trust you so much. I trutsed Eric. He broke it. I trusted Brent. He broke it as well. I have been damanged so many times.

Joey: I know I am trying to be the bandaid and the shield. Em, What else is wrong?

Emily: Nothing.

Joey: Yes there is! Tell me.

Emily: Joey! if never fell for you none of this would have happened. You wouldn't have tried to kill yourself. You wouldn't have been in a pit of depression when I went back to New York. You wouldn't have been kidnapped. Its all my fault Joey. I put you through this hell.

Joey: You know what else you did to me. You showed me that love at first sight happens. You taught me what love is. You showed me true happeness I would go through everything again if it meant I would be with you. It is not your fault. It is mostly mine. I should have protected you. Thats what i promised and I broke it. I wasn't there for you when you were tied up. I wasn't able to protect you when you had a knife to your throat. I had to watch. For god sakes we were in the same house and I couldn't get smart and figure that out.  I broke a promise to someone I really love and care about. I will never get over that.

We sat silently for a few minutes. It was my fault. I broke a promise. I finally broke the silence.

Joey; I don't deserve you emily.

Emily: Thats not true. 

Joey: But it is.

Emilly: I am damanged Joey. Nothing more.

Joey: I am just as damanged as you. We can be broken together.

Emily: I would love that.

I grabbed her hand and kissed it. We fianlly arrived and she said one thing that I really need to keep with me.

Emily: The past is in the past. Lets live in the future.

Joey: I agree.

We walk around the shops for a little bit and we vlogged and held hands. I needed new clothes and so did she we decieded to go clothes shopping together. We got to aerocrombie and started to shop.

Emilys POV:

We tried on jeans and shirts. I needed a batheing suit. So asked if we could go to the place across the streer

Emily: Can we go the store across the street? I need a batheing suit.

Joey: Of course!

We go finsh up shopping and head over. I start to pick some out. Joey sits in the chair across from the dressing rooms. He just stared at me smiled as I came out in different ones. He smiled

Joey: I like them all

Emily: Typical guy!

Joey: Sorry I will try to be more girly.

I rolled my eyes and changed back into my normal clothes. I bought two of the 10 and we left. 

Emily: Can I pick up the new phone sense we are here an I am very jeaoulus of your phone.

Joey: Sure! and you are crazy for buying batheing suits in decemeber. 

Emily; Just getting ahead of the season sorry!

He shakes his head a laughs. We go to the apple store and I get the white phone like his. We synic my contacts and pictures. I get all my social network apps and log on them.

Joey; Really thats the first thing you are going to do? Log on to your social networks?

Emily: Yep!

Joey; Ya, you are perfect for me.

I smile. We go and get ice cream and walk and talk as usal he told me all about the phone. We go to the festival and ride all the rollarcoasters. He even one me a stuffed animal.

Joey: Do you think we could spend New Years here? You know maybe spend an extra day.

Emily; I would love that. Are friends are going to be so ticked. They miss us and want to know what went down. They can wait though. 

Joey: Great!

We rode all the rollar coasters again and decieded to go to the hotel room. We get in bed a fall asleep to the sound of the tv.
