I Can't

Joeys POV:

I stare at my computer screen. I can't believe what I am seeing. CBS wants Megan and I back on the Amazing Race for an allstar season! I need to call her. This is such a great chance to see the world again. Wait! Emily, what am I going to do about Emily? I will miss her like crazy. I think I need to speak to Megan before I do anything else. I quickly grab my phone and dial her number.

Megan: Hello?

Joey: Megan, its Joey!

Megan: Oh hey Joey! Is everything alright you never call me.

Joey: Have you checked your email latley?

Megan: No, why? Whats up?

Joey: CBS want us back on The Amazing Race for the allstar season! Do you want to do it?

Megan: Joey, I can't.

Joey: Why not?

Megan: I just started hiring interns and changing my channel. I am to busy to even think about going back on that show.

Joey: Megan, this is a once in a life time opportunity.

Megan: I know Joey, I am sorry but I really can't. Listen I have to go film. Again so sorry.

With that she hung up. How could she pass up something like this? We enjoyed ourselves so much last time. I thought she would be happy yo go. Maybe another Youtuber wil do it with me. I should email them back and ask if I can get someone else. There is no way I was passing this up. I email them back asking if I can have someone else join because Megan was to busy. With in minutes I got a reply. I quickly clicked the email. They said as long as it is another Youtuber that is a female they are fine with it. Who could I ask to go on this journey with me? They have to be strong and good under pressure. Then it came to me. Emily! She would be perfect. I can be around her all day everyday. She is so strong after all she has been threw. She would always show the brightside of the worst situitions. I need to go ask her. We could domnate! I run downstairs.

Emily: Whats wrong?

Joey: Emily, can I ask you a major question?

Emily: Sure, what is it?

Joey: I just got an email from the Amazing Race. They want Megan and I back on the show. I called Megan and she is to busy. I asked CBS if I could choose someone else. They said it was fine as long as they were from Youtube and they were a female. Well guess what? You are a girl and a Youtuber!

Emily: Wait, are you serious?

Joey: Yes! Please Em, this would mean the world to me. I love the race. You are a perfect partner. I can stand you for long period of time. You are strong and fierce. I really need you here.

Emily: Yes!

Joey: Wait, really?!?!?!

Emily: Of course! I can see it means so much to you. I want to make you happy. So yes, I will travel around the world with you.

I picked her up and twirled her around. I was so excited! I can't wait to see the world with her. I feel like I have a real chance here! Later that night I email CBS back saying I found somebody. They gladly accepted her and said it starts in two weeks. I couldn't believe this was actually happening.

Two Weeks later:

Emilys POV:

Joey and I were all dressed and ready to go. We had our goodbye party last night and it was a blast. My stomach is in a knot. What if I trip up and ruin it for us? This means so much to Joey. I can't believe I am actually doing this. After all, how could I not? Travel around the world? Who turns that up. 

Joey: Are you ready to go?

Emily: I think so.

We go downstairs and a taxi picks up to bring us to the starting point.

Joey: Are you ok? You look a little pale.

Emily: I am gonna trip and ruin it for us.

Joey: No you are not. It is all fine don't worry. We are going to kick some butt!

Emily: I sure hope so.

Joey: Listen, don't let any of the teams get to you. It is also very stressful to have cameras around you 24/7 don't let it get to you.

Emily: I will try not to.

Joey: Good! We arrive to the building. The cameras are being setup and teams are just arriving.

Emily: Oh my god! Is that Brendon and Rachel?

Joey: Yes, calm down.

Emily: Sorry!

We hike up the stairs which took forever! We finally reached the top. The view was amazing.

Host: We are rolling in five!

We all get in our spots. I am starting to sweat. This is so scary. We are so high up and we are about to run down all these stairs. I am going to fall flat on my face.

Host: Threee minute everybody.

The wind was blowing in my hair. There were dirty looks from all of the cast all around. I am so paniced right now I have know idea what to do.

Camera Man: We are filming in 3..2..1.

The host does his intro. I din't listen to a single part of it. I was to scared t even listen. I looked at Joey and he look at me back. He gave me a comforting head nodd. 

Host: On your marks.

Here we go.

Host: Get set.

I don't want to do this anymore.

Host: Go!

I bolt for the stairs. I am in the lead. I am going to kick some butt. I am the first to grab a backpack. Joey follows me. We get in a car. We watch the message. We are heading to Japan! I drive us to the airport. We are the second car to arrive next to Rachel and Brendon. We rush and get tickets. We got the first flight. there was only four tickets for the first flight and we got the last two. Looks like we are going to be here for an hour. We go to the waiting area. Looks like Rachel and Brendon are our only competiton at this moment. Well bring it on.
