Joeys POV:

I wake up and Emily is snuggled into me. I am glad she is back to her old self. I hate Jessica. Speaking of her I really want to visit her in jail. I have a few things I want to get off my chest. I need to talk to Emily first. I don't want to go behind her back. I just got her back. I don't want to lose her again. I carefully shake her awake.

Emily: Morning.

Joey: Morning! Listen can I ask you something?

Emily: Yea, go ahead.

Joey: Do you think I could go to the jail today? You know to talk to Jessica?

Emily: Why!?!?

Joey: Lets just say I have some much hated words for her that I would like to get off my chest.

Emily: Only if you are sure you want to do it. Joey I trust you.

Joey: Thank you Em.

Emily: Remember we still have to pack for tour so don't be to long.

Joey: I won't. I don't know how long I can stand her face.

Emily: Thats a little harsh.

Joey: No, harsh is when someone shoots your girlfriend when they are trying to propose to them.

Emily: Point taken.

She puts her hand up in defense. Her ring shines in the sunlight. I automatically have a smile on my face. 

Joey: You know about over a year ago I saw you had an engagement ring on and I was sad and it killed me. Today it makes me the happiest person to think that I put that ring on your finger.

Emily: Well I am actually excited to wear this ring! Thats a first for sure.

Joey: I better go get change.

Emily: Only if I can watch!

Joey: You are so strange!

Emily: Lets face it thats why you love me.

Joey: You caught me red handed.

I kiss her on the forehead and got changed. I make a smoothie to go and get in my car. I drive to the jail. I walk to the visitor desk. This place really gives me the chills. 

Officer: How may I help you sir?

Joey: I am here to see Jessica Lu.

Officer: Alright, well you are her first visitor. I didn't think she was very liked. You know after I heard what she did. 

Joey: Ya, I'm personally not happy with that one either.

Officer: Follow me.

She brings me to a room and I sit in a chair. There is guard who brings her in. He handcuffs her to the chair and goes and guards the door.

Jessica: Oh look who decided to come visit?

Joey: What is your problem Jessica?

Jessica: Nothing, So how is you little girlfriend? Oh right! She can't even remember your name. Whats that like?

Joey: You are evil!

Jessica: Just a little. So is your heart crushed? If she couldn't remember you then doesn't that make you question if she ever loved you? After all if she loved you, you would think she could remember you.

Joey: Well she must love me. Her memory is back Jessica. You may have won a battle but I won the war. Emily and I are happily engaged. And you? You are rotting in a jail cell.

Jessica: Why are you even here?

Joey: I have a few things to say to you. The most important thing is, I hate you. You are cold hearted. The fact that you even had the nerve to shoot Emily well I was proposing to her is just wrong.

Jessica: If it makes it better. I didn't know you were proposing.

Joey: It doesn't matter you still went and did it! I love her Jessica! You have tried to ruin are relationship since day one. I am sick and tried of it. You tried to stir up drama. For godsakes you said Emily was pregnant. Lets face it, you are not even a 1/16 of the person Emily is. I don't care if I ever see you face again. Chances are if I do they will be behind bars. I hope you like it here, because if I have anything to do with it, you will be here for the rest of you miserable life.

I storm out and drive home. I hate Jessica. I can't believe she tried to kill Emily. I will never let this go. Emily will but I won't. Emily has to big of a heart. I pull into our driveway. I walk in and slam the door. Emily looks up from the couch.

Emily: I am guessing it did not go well.

Joey: You have no idea.
