Shane's POV

Lisa: Well what are going to do to get Joey back?

Shane: Go to Boston.

Lisa: You gotta be kidding me.

Shane: I'm not. Joey is too important to me.

Lisa: If we left and went ok the next flight we'd literally have only a few hours until we'd have to leave again.

Shane: Then let's get to the airport.

Lisa: Are you serious?

Shane: I love Joey. I need to get him back.

Lisa: Fine. But what will you do when we get there? Just go to his house and knock on the door?

Shane: That was kinda my plan.

Lisa: He won't answer! What if his sister does? Or worse, his mom.

Shane: I don't care. We'll worry about that later.

Lisa: Fine. But I don't know you if they call the cops.

Joey's POV

Brittany: Joey. Cheer up.

Joey: I want to die here.

Brittany: I'm sure he'll come around.

Joey: Stop trying to make me feel better. I won't ever be happy again.

Brittany: Joey-

Joey: I'm serious!

She stayed silent after that. I continued to cry into my pillow.

Shane's POV

Lisa: This is insane. I can't believe I let you do this.

Shane: Well we're almost there.

Lisa: How do you think Joey will react?

Shane: I don't know. I hope he'll forgive me.

Lisa: Do you plan on telling him about you and Luke... you know.

Shane: Yeah. I'm gonna tell him everything.

Lisa: Are you insane?!

Shane: What?

Lisa: He'll hate you if he hears that!

Shane: I want to be honest with him.

Lisa: What have you become? You're such a risk taker.

Shane: Joey is worth all of this.

Sometime later our flight lands. We get a taxi and drive to Joey's house.

Don't ask how I figured out where he lived.

I slowly walked up to the door and knocked. His sister answered the door. Her eyes went wide and she screamed.

Nicole: It's you! Why are you here?!

Shane: I'm here to see Joey.

Nicole: What?

Shane: I need to talk to him. Where is he?

Joey's POV

I hear my sister scream from downstairs. I sit up and look at Brittany. She shrugs.

Nicole: You have a guest Joey!

Joey: I'm not going down there!

I hear some footsteps going up the stairs then towards my bedroom door.

It slowly opened and in stepped Shane.

Brittany and I both jumped off the bed.

Shane: Hey Joey.

Joey: What... what are you doing here?

Shane: I came to talk.

Joey: You broke up with me! You broke my heart!

Shane: I know.

Joey: You're such a jerk!

Shane: I know.

Joey: I hate you!

Shane: You hate me?

He looks hurt by that. I can't lie I don't hate him but I'm mad at him.

Shane: Joey I want to talk about our breakup.

Joey: What about it?! You broke up with for Luke! Aren't you happy?!

Shane: No, I'm not. I don't like Luke. I like you.

He walks over to me. He cups my cheeks and leans in to kiss me. After a minute I kiss him back.

I can't stay mad at him. I love him too much.
