Joey's POV

 Joey: Why are here?

Shane: I needed to talk to you. I needed to tell the truth about what happened.

Joey: What do you mean?

Shane: What really happened that night.

Joey: So you're not dating Luke?

Shane: No. I'm mad at Luke. I hate him.

Oh thank god. He stills likes me. He and Luke aren't a thing and now we can get back together. I let myself smile.

Shane: I never meant to break up with you Joey. Luke somehow got me drunk, took me to some random hotel, then convinced me to break up with you.

Joey: So you were drunk? You didn't mean any of it?

Shane: Of course not.

Joey: So that's it? We can get back together?

Shane Well that's up to you...

He nervously bit his lip. Of course I want to get back together with him! Why wouldn't I?

Joey: Well of course I want to get back together.

Shane: Well there's one thing I haven't told you...

Joey: What?

Shane: Something happened when Luke and I were at the hotel...

Joey: What? Just tell me.

Shane: Fine... Luke and I had sex...

Joey: WHAT?!

Shane: And I didn't fight back.

How could he?! I love him and all he does is break my heart over and over again. I shove him hard and then I burst into tears.

Shane: Joey I-

Joey: Leave!

I punch his chest. He takes a step back. After a minute he approaches me and hugs me.

Joey: Let go! Leave me alone!

Shane: I'm not leaving.

Joey: Go! Get away from me!

I try to hit him again but he grabs my fist. I breakdown in his arms. He rubs my back and tries to calm me.

I find myself drifting off to sleep in Shane's arms.

Shane's POV

Brittany: Why do you keep hurting him?

Shane: I didn't mean for any of this to happen. I would never want to hurt Joey.

Brittany: Then why would have sex with Luke and then tell him?!

Shane: I wanted to be honest with him. I don't want to keep secrets from him. And the only reason I had sex with Luke was because I was drunk. I don't have ANY feelings for Luke.

Brittany: So the only reason why you had sex with him was because you were drunk and he manipulated you?

Shane: Yes. I would never want to hurt Joey.

Lisa: Shane?

Shane: What?

Lisa: We have to leave. Like now.

Shane: I have to stay. I can't leave Joey.

Brittany: What's going on?

Lisa: Shane knew we only had a little amount time to be here. We have to leave to make it to his next concert.

Shane: But I need more time!

Brittany: Take Joey with you.

Shane: I can't. What would his mom say?

Brittany: Ask his mom now.

She takes my arm and drags me downstairs. We walk into the kitchen where a woman who I assume is Joey's mom stands.

Joey's mom: Who is this? He looks familiar.

Brittany: This is Shane Dawson. Joey and I went to his concert a while ago.

Joey's mom: Oh! Yeah. I remember him. But what is he doing here?

Brittany: He was Joey's boyfriend. And he wants to know if Joey can go with him to his next few concerts.

Joey's mom: I don't know... I don't know him and he did hurt Joey...

Shane: I never meant to hurt Joey.

Joey's mom: Well... I'll say yes if Brittany goes. And how old are you Shane?

Shane: 19.

Joey's mom: Ok. I can't believe I'm going to say this... but fine. Joey can go. I trust him and I trust you Shane.

I give her a big smile. His mom doesn't hate me. Now I just have to make sure Joey doesn't me either.
