Raven (RWBY) X (Uchiha) Reader

(Y/N)'s POV

I flinch slightly and bite down on the leather strap as Raven stitches up my back. She definitely doesn't care about making this tolerable though this might be her form of payback for getting hurt. Raven has always had a strange way of showing that she cares. I flinch again which causes our bed to shift.

"Stop moving and I will get done faster." She definitely is getting back at me. "Serves you right for doing something so stupid. There all done. Now spit that out." I try to stretch but the stitches don't make it easy. Groaning I spit the piece of leather out and place it next to me as Raven sits to the other side.

"Next time a kid is about to be killed by an Ursa I'll let it." Raven rolls her eyes.

"You are not helping your case. The mission was to kill a young Goliath. It did matter if a few townsfolk died in the battle. They should have evacuated when they heard that the tribe was coming." While talking I quickly pull my shirt and cloak back on. Well as quickly as a one armed man can put his clothes on.

"Yes but we were to kill the Goliath to protect people which include the people who live in that little village." Raven scoffs while helping me.

"If a couple of them died in our pursuit of the Grimm then so be it. Needs of the many (Y/N)." Once all done she rests her head on my shoulder. If she was on the other side I might wrap my arm around her.

"What scared I am going lose the other arm or something?" She huffs but stays where she is.

"You are too soft..."

"So you keep saying. I just doubt this is how we should protect the people of Remnant Raven."

"What happened to you (Y/N)? You used to speak like I am all the time yet now you can't go without helping everyone. What changed you?" So that's what's been bothering her.

"I grew up Raven. I did believe that in all of that. Thought I could carry the world's hatred on my shoulders." She lifts her head to look at me better.

"Is this about Tai and Yang. Because-" I raise my hand and stop her.

"No though learning that definitely put things into perspective. No, while you were off handling some things in Vale I met up with an old teammate of mine. We talked and seeing how much he has changed from when we were younger made me think. I thought about everything that has happened and I decided I needed to change that I needed to grow least I stagnate." Raven shakes her head.

"You are strong (Y/N) there was no need for you to "grow"." I can't help but laugh at her words which only serves to make Raven angrier.

"You know that physical strength is not everything."

"Yes, you must not focus just on offense. One must be well versed in defense as well as be able to think and move quickly during battle. Otherwise, you will lose." She looks over at me. "Why are you laughing again?"

"That's not exactly what I meant Raven but you are on the right track." Raven glares at me. "Never mind we can talk about this later." I stand up from the bed and walk to the exit. Before I can get far a blade comes to rest on my shoulder. Looking back at the bed I see Raven holding her weapon in one hand and with her other, she points back to the bed. Well, she's upset but I guess she's not that angry. Going back to the bed I prop myself against the back of the bed with some pillows careful not to undo the stitching Raven just spent time working on, Once settled Raven rests next to me with her head on my shoulder again. This time however she is on the side with my arm so I can hold her has she does that. Say what you will about our relationship at the end of the day I am happy I am with her.

Well I got two request  for this one. One was RavusWolf who suggested the reader be based off Sasuke Uchiha from the Boruto movie and the original requester was Michaeltop10 who suggested it be an injured reader that Raven helped patch up.
