I gulped, remembering that I still had to go to that stupid dinner.
I took a few deep breaths and walked into the living room of Exo's dorm.
"My queen." Yixing said confidently, placing his arm around my waist.
"Are you crazy kids ready? That dinner starts soon." Suho said to everyone. "Can I get like 5 minutes to check on CJ?" I asked Suho. "I know better than to keep a mother from her child. Proceed." Suho smiled at me.
I rolled my eyes and turned my back to Exo as I called my dad.
"Hey Ara...I went to your house to drop CJ off...but you weren't there. You going to that dinner thing at SM?" "Yeah...I just lost tra-" "Have fun sweety. I'll watch CJ as long as you need me to. Do you wanna talk to him?" "That'd be great." My dad handed his phone off to CJ. "Hey ma." "How was school today?" "It was fine. You know that one kid in my class...the one who looks like he was held back 3 grades?" "The one who's always picking on you about being the youngest in your grade?" "I finally stood up to him." CJ said proudly. "Oh yeah? What'd you do?" "What you taught me to do. He was giving me trouble when the teacher walked out of the room and I got mad so I furrowed my brow, pointed my finger at him and started shouting really fancy words at him like ignoramus, Neanderthal, astronomical-" "Astronomical?" I raised my eyebrow a little. "He didn't know what it meant." CJ laughed. "Well, I'm happy for you. Do you mind staying with grandpa just a little bit longer?" "Not one bit. I love you Mom." "Alright kiddo. I love you too." I kissed CJ through the phone and hung up.
"We can go now." I smiled, turning back to Exo. "Mother-son goals as fuck." Baekhyun laughed. I rolled my eyes and laughed lightly.

I've been debating on staring another fan fiction...I got an idea for like this mainstream K-Hip-Hop book where the main character is like Jay Park's sister and she's like super sweet and innocent but her brother is like party fucking central of the High School house party scene and she follows him everywhere despite being a precious bean thats to good for this world...idk...reading through that description, it sounds a little lame...eh whatevs.
