You're the Best Kid Ever

I slept on the couch again.
I woke up around 7 and checked my phone that was chilling on 2%. I had a text from my dad.
I ran to my bedroom and quickly plugged my phone in.
"I don't know what your problem is Ara, but I'm gonna be a good dad and pretend that it didn't happen. I would really like it if you, CJ and Yixing came over to eat lunch with Me and Gukju." My dad's text read. "Sounds good. I love you. See you around noon-ish?" I texted my father back. "Noon is fine." My dad wrote back immediately. "Dress nicely please and leave the sour aditude at home." My father double messaged me. I rolled my eyes at my dad through my phone screen and went to my closet. I yanked a casual black and white dress off its hanger and threw it in my bed.
I walked into CJ's room and went into his closet. I grabbed a pair of black slacks, a white button down and a navy blue sweater.
I walked into the living room, quietly closing my son's door.
I sat down on the couch and watched dramas until CJ woke up.
He woke up around 9 and trudged out if his bedroom and immediately into the kitchen. 20 minutes later, he walked into the living room with 2 plates of a standard breakfast. "You're the best kid ever, CJ." I smiled at my son. "I slept to long." He groaned, still half asleep. "Poor thing." I tussled my son's hair.
Around 10, me and CJ started getting ready.
I put my dress on and brushes the tangles out of my hair. CJ walked into my room and watched me finish getting ready. "Should I leave my hair down or in a bun?" "I'd put it in a bun." My son advised me. I tied my hair up and pulled a fee strands of hair down to frame my face.
I put foundation on then a Lucky One level highlighter. I put a little mascara on and turned my water lines white. "Okay...ready to get Yixing?" I asked my son. "Can you do my hair first?" CJ asked me innocently. "Of course. How do we want it?" I smiled at my son.
CJ ran to his room and got some hair gel Shindo gave him for his birthday last year and coached me on how to do the exact side part he wanted.
CJ and I casually walked to SM, meeting Exo's manager in the lobby. "Hey Ara." He casually said to me. "Hey boss." I said warily. "Why you so dressed up? Got a date with Yixing?" Exo's manager raised an eyebrow at me. I wrapped my arm around CJ's shoulder,bringing him closer to me, bringing my son to Exo's manager's attention. "Sorta." I said cautiously. "Alright. Have fun." He said walking away.
Me and CJ walked to an elevator and I exhaled deeply.
We made it to Exo's dorm and I walked in like I owned the place.
"Never thought I'd get tired of seeing your face...but I am. Get out." Chen greeted me. "It's nice to see you too." I said sweetly. "Yixing!" I yelled, in search of my boyfriend...man it feels weird saying that.
"Hey Jagiya. What're you doing here?" Yixing asked, surprised to see me and CJ. "The 3 of us got invited to lunch. Get some slacks, a button down and a sweater." I said in my backstage stylist tone. "You got it chief." Yixing g joked running to his room.
He came out, matching CJ. "I look good?" Yixing asked me. "Stunning." I smiled. "I don't look half as good as you though." Yixing laughed, making me blush.
"Holy shit. Ara is wearing a dress." Sehun said walking past me. "Haha. What a clever observation." I smarted off. "Wow, y'all look great. Worthy of a picture." Xiumin said politely. "Yeah they do." Kai said snapping a photo of me and my family.
"Once again...it's been a pleasure. I will return Yixing ASAP. Have a wonderful day." I said leaving the dorm as quickly as possible.

Omg I did it. I updated when I said I would. I'm getting good at keeping my promises.
Things at home are finally starting to calm down so I should be able to update more...maybe...I don't know yet.
