Whats the deal with sandwiches?

I eventually worked up the courage to quit my job as a Stylist for SM.
It was nice being home with Daiyu all the time and actually being home when CJ was finished with school and tutoring every single night.
One afternoon, Daiyu 'helped' me make sandwiches for Exo. We were gonna surprise them while they practiced for their upcoming comeback.
I put each sandwich into a plastic bag, wrote each member's name on it then handed it to Daiyu so she could put them in a basket.
I giggled throughout the whole ordeal.
"Mommy, you're silly." Daiyu told me. "I know." I laughed, tickling her tummy.
Just as we were about to leave, CJ walked inside. "Hey kiddo. Wanna surprise Exo with us?" "I'm good Mom...I'm just gonna study a bit then go to bed. I'm exhausted." CJ sighed, slumping his shoulders. "It'll be okay Oppa!!" Daiyu cheered, hugging CJ's leg.
I tussled CJ's hair and gave him an empathetic smile. "You're to young to be so tired all the time." I told him before hugging him goddbye.
Daiyu and I walked to SM and went up to their practice room.
I peeked through the window and saw them all taking a break.
"Run in and give this to daddy okay?" I smiled, handing her the sandwich with Yixing's name on it.
I opened the door and she did as she was told.
"Daiyu! What are you doing!?" Tix ng cheered, scooping her into a hug.
"I made Exo lunch." She smiled largely.
She held out the sandwich and Yixing covered his face, laughing loudly.
He sat Daiyu down and cackled harder than I've ever heard him cackle. "Daddy you're a silly goose too." Daiyu smiled.
"Y'all hungry?" I asked, joining my daughter.
"Ara!!!" Kai and Baekhyun cheered, acting like they hadn't seen me in months.
"I missed ya'll too." I laughed, remembering the last time I hung out with all of them which was only 2 weeks ago.
"Me and Daiyu made lunch for everyone."
I smiled.
Daiyu walked over to me and pulled a sandwich out of the basket. She looked at the name, studying it intently.
"Mommy, who is this?" She gave up. "Chanyeol." I smiled. "Oh yeah." Daiyu said quietly, running over to Chanyeol with his sandwich."Thank you Daiyu." Chanyeol smiled, kneeling down to hug me. Daiyu squeezed Chanyeol then ran back to me.
I handed another sandwich. "Hmmm...Chen?" She asked me. I nodded. She ran to Chen. "Thank you Daiyu." Chen smiled widely, kneeling down to hug her. "Don't touch me you silly goose!" Daiyu giggled, running into my arms.
Everyone laughed at Daiyu and told Chen it would be okay.
Daiyu gave everyone their sandwiches and sat with Yixing while they ate.
"Didn't you bring you one babe?" Yixing asked me. "One what?" I smiled. Yixing began laughing. "A sandwich." He cackled.
"Daiyu, your mom and dad are the silly gooses. Not me." Chen shook his head.
"No, you're the silly goose!" Daiyu argued.
"Why do the two of you laugh so much at the word sandwich though?" Suho asked me. "Yeah, that's a weird inside joke." Baekhyun said with a full mouth.
"That's a long story." I said simply. "We've got time." Xiumin said.
Yixing told them the story, not without laughing his head off and Daiyu telling him to calm down every now and again.
"Alright, Daiyu. Let's go home." "Bye Dad! Good luck!" Daiyu jumped into Yixing's arms and hugged him tightly.
"Can I get a goodbye hug?" Chen asked Daiyu. "No, silly goose!" Daiyu laughed, teasing Chen by getting right next to him.
He chased her around the practice studio then scooped her into his as, stealing a hug. "Mommy! A monster got me! Help!" Daiyu giggled, squirming in Chen's arms.
"Okay Jongdae. That's enough tormenting my child." I took her from him and hit his shoulder.
Daiyu waved goodbye to everyone and we walked home.

I'd like to note that Daiyu is very heavily based off of my 3 year old niece as far as dialogue goes...

I'm gonna try and get all of my books updated over my 3 day weekend
