Washington's POV
"You wanted to see me sir?" came a voice. I looked up, meeting the eyes of the beautiful student before him. He looked cuter up close. Washington could see every detail, from his perfect completion, to his small stubble on his face. His accent seemed to be richer when he spoke.
"Yes, I saw what happened between you and Thomas Jefferson, and I just want you to know I'm here if anyone try's to hurt you. I hope you can trust me to take care of anything that happens that causes you danger," I said, giving him a small smile. He frowned, "You may not be aware, Mr. Washington, but I can take care of myself. I appreciate the concern, but I'll be fine. Have a good day." With that, Lafayette turned and left through the open door before I had the chance to respond. What have I done?
Lafayette's POV
As I sat down at the lunch table next to Hercules, I couldn't help but think of Mr. Washington. How dare he think I can't fend for myself? I may look like nerd, but I can still fight like hell. "Yo Laf, what's on your mind. You look tense," Laurens said, making everyone at the table to look over to me. "I'm perfectly fine, just thinking," I said, pushing up my glasses. "Well, don't think too hard, darling," said Hercules, grabbing my arm lightly. I shook my head, grabbing my laptop out of my bag. I got on Facebook, seeing a notification from Hercules. Meet me outside the front of the school after the final bell.
