Washington POV

The weekend, which seemed way longer than just two days, was finally over and I was at school thinking about Lafayette. He seemed so distressed when he had called, and I had been thinking of him ever since. I knew I had to talk to him.

My thoughts were interrupted when his class came in, yet as I looked around he was nowhere to be seen. A frown, etched onto my face, I made my way over to Hercules.

"Have you seen Lafayette?" I asked, looking down at him. He just merely shook his head, saying "No. I haven't seen him all weekend. He usually goes out with us on Sundays to the cafe, yet he didn't show," Hercules shrugged, and went back to talking with someone.

A bit of anger coursed through my body, yet it mostly was concern. I had to find him. I rushed out the classroom doors, making my way to the office. "Can you call in a sub for my room, I'm not feeling well," I said in a rush, not even taking a glance at the receptionist.

She must've felt shock from the outburst, seeing as she made no comment when I pushed through the door to the outside. It was a beautiful day, but I knew I couldn't stay in one place for long.

I had to find my Lafayette.
