Ch. 9: Highschool party bore me to death

Chapter Nine

I sigh for what feels like a hundred time when I still didn't get the part where Jon told me we're going to crash a part that's been held by high school students.

That will be surrounded with teenagers.

Horny teenagers and bunch of crappy people.

I was annoyed and decided that Jon will be the cause of my death due to high blood pressure and I didn't get to do anything about it.

I can't even laid a single hand on him without having anyone holding a knife up against my neck.

Jack glance at me with amused smile, "I know the last thing you need right now is surrounded by bunch of annoying teens, but look at it this way." He paused looking at me to make sure I'm paying attention, "The faster we do this, the faster we can close this goddamn fucking long overdue Mission yeah?"

I merely grunted since I'm not up for a chatty mood.

My mind still couldn't comprehend what has happened between me and Vincent in school just now.

He's the reason why I got to Headquarters late. We walk in the office, seeing Louisa and Cameron laughing over whatever they must have talk about and almost grumble.

At least one of us is having a good day.

I walk over to my desk and plop down on the chair and groan loudly, getting their attention.

Louisa look at me with concern in her eyes, "You okay El? You look stress."

Jack snorted, "Of course she does." He replied for me. "She's being force to attend to a high school party, we all know how she feels about party that is being host by a teenager."

Louisa grimace and look at me, "I don't have any comforting words for you."

I glare at her and rolled my eyes when they laugh, "Glad to know my misery seems to be amusing to you." I commented drily and log on to my computer to get a little bit of work done.

"You know we love you," I heard Louisa said with a teasing tone. "You have always been our love."

I scowl, "Shut up."

I don't think I have ever been bored the fuck out of my brain that all I could process is that I need a liquor.

Even training sessions with Jack seems to be more interesting than this fucking party.

Of course just like any typical high school party, there's booze and there's naked chicks.

Being the horny boys they all are, they crowded around the chicks, whooping and cheering for them as they take shots after shots on someone else's naked body.

Which is gross, by the way.

I almost want to puke my gut out and ripped my eyes out of its socket wishing I could just unseen everything.
