Chapter Twenty-Eight

Emma and Lucy wake up and stretch in the bed. "Morning" Lucy says to Emma "Morning love" Emma replies. "Sleep well?" Emma ask getting out the bed "Like a baby" Lucy says smiling.

"That's great me too" Emma says looking at the beautiful ring she received last night. "Its 12:30 babe" Lucy says getting out of bed and walking to her dresser.  "What time is the funeral then?" Emma asks.  "I dunno I know it's today though" Lucy says walking towards her closet.  Emma goes in the dresser and gets some clothes out for herself. Lucy pushes some of her jackets to the side and gets out a black dress. Then walks out her closet she puts it on. While Emma gets her make up out and then changing.

"Make up please" Lucy says.

"Your gonna wear make up?" Emma asks.

"Yes, just for today love" Lucy says holding her hand out for Emma's mascara.

Emma smiles and says " Here you are hun" then hands her the make up and eye liner.

Lucy takes the make up and applies it on her eyes and eyelashes. She turns to Emma for approval and she nods and smiles. "You look beautiful" Emma says "Thanks so do you with that cute shirt on" Lucy says blushing.

"Call Hanna and see what time we should go" Emma says.

"Okay babe" Lucy says pulling her phone out and dialing the number.

Ring, ring

Hanna,

"Hey Lucy" Hanna says.

"Hey, Uh. What time is the funeral?" Lucy asks.

"2:30" Hanna says.

"Okay, me and Emma are ready do you wanna meet somewhere before going there?" Lucy asks.

"Sure tell Emma I said hello" Hanna says.

"Babe, Hanna says Hello" Lucy says.

"Hey hun" Emma says.

"Okay, we can meet up at the downtown bakery" Lucy says.

"Okay, I'll be there in a half and hour" Hanna says.

"Okay, see you soon" Lucy says.

"Yup, bye" Hanna says.

Line goes dead...

"We are gonna meet up with Hanna downtown at the bakery before we go to the funeral okay babe" Lucy says.

"Yeah, that's fine" Emma says walking towards Lucy to kiss her.

Lucy kisses her back and then grabs her hand and walks out the room. Then walking down the hall and down the stairs. They walk in the kitchen together and Emma's mom and Lucy's parents are in there too "Morning" the girls say. They shake there heads and said "Morning". "Is that a ring?" Emma's mom asks "Yes, Lucy proposed to me yesterday" Emma says smiling and kissing Lucy. "You two are to young you guys are 17" Lucy's dad says. "Oh, leave them a lone Jack" Lucy's mom says.

He rolls his eyes and huffs. Emma looks at Lucy who is looking at her father in disgust. "You okay honey?" Emma's mom asks Lucy "I'm fine" Lucy says walking towards the kitchen Emma walks to the table and watches Lucy go in the fridge to get some water then turning to grab an apple off the counter.

"I love her dad you can't stop me from marrying her she will be my wife" Lucy says to her dad.

"I can do what ever I please lady your under my house and your going to listen to me" her dad says.

Lucy's mom frowns and says "Its mine too and I say she can marry her JACK"

"SHE'S TO YOUNG" her dad yells.
