The Ouija Board

Chapter Thirty Two!

Hanna walks down the street to Walmart. She walks in and goes down the isle that says Toys. She looks at all the baby and kids toys.

She let's out a sigh and then turns around to walk to a register to ask for help. She walks in a line and waits until the Girl is done purchasing her stuff. "How may I help you?" The clerk asks. "Ugh. Do you guys still have Ouija Boards?" Hanna asks.

"Um. No we don't I'm sorry" He says.

"Okay, Thanks" Hanna says walking away.

Hanna lets out a sigh as she walks out the sliding doors. "What now?" Hanna asks. Um. Try another store I suppose. "Okay, How about Five and Below?" Hanna asks. Yeah, go ahead. Hanna walks threw the plaza to Five and Below she opens the door and walks in.

She scans the store until her eyes land on The Ouija Board. She walks toward the bin that's holding it captive in. She grabs and traces the words on the box. She turns around and walks to the register line and waits in line.

"You know those things are pretty dangerous" A man says behind Hanna.

Hanna turns around and says "Great, more fun" then turns around and continues to wait. She heard him chuckle and mumble under his breathe "Yeah, Okay if you wanna die kid". She just rolled her eyes and gives the Ouija Board to the clerk.

"And what would you need this for?" The clerk asks.

"To contact my dead Boyfriend so my friends wont think I'm crazy" Hanna says smiling.

The clerk gives a small smile and scans the item and places it in the bag and hands her the bag. "Good luck kid" The clerk calls from her shoulder as Hanna walks away.

Hanna walks out the doors and down the street back to Lucy's house. Brandon doesn't come back all the way to Lucy's house Hanna runs to the porch. She knocks on the door then waiting until someone comes to let her in.

"Hello" Emma says.

"Hi" Hanna replies.

Emma moves out the way for Hanna to come in the house. "She's in the room" Emma says. "Um. Okay" Hanna replies as she walks up the stairs. Emma following her they walk in the room seeing Lucy in her Blue chair with headphones in.

"Hey" Emma says to Lucy tapping her gently on the arm.

Lucy takes out the Headphones and says "Yeah. Oh never mind".

Hanna gets the Ouija Board out the bag and sets it down on the floor. "Really, your gonna show us this way" Lucy says chuckling.

"Don't be mean just let her" Emma says.

Hanna opens the box and takes out the directions. She lays the board on the floor and places The Planchett on the board. Emma and Lucy sit down in front of it "It looks scary" Emma says looking down at the board. "Don't be scared it's fake" Lucy says.

Hanna reads the rules out loud,

BE SERIOUS BECAUSE IT'S NOT A GAME. Being in a serious mood ensures your natural psychic defenses are turned while you're talking to the dead. ... ALWAYS SAY GOODBYE AT THE END. Mischievous or negative ghosts will refuse to say Goodbye. ... NEVER USE THE OUIJA BOARD IN YOUR HOME.

"Okay let's get started" Hanna says.

They place one hand on the Planchette and circle the board Three times as Hanna calls out to the spirts "We would like to reach out to Brandon Love" she says.

"It's not gonna work" Lucy says.

"Sh. Babe" Emma says rolling her eyes.

The girls wait in silence for a few minutes. "See I told you It wasn't gon--" Lucy got interrupted by the Planchette moving.

"What's it spelling?" Emma asks.

H-I- Hanna says.

"Who is this?" Emma asks.

B-R-A-N-D-O-N Hanna says.

"Who's moving this?" Lucy asks.

"Not me" Emma says.

"Not me" Hanna says staring at the Planchette.

"If this is really Brandon what's your girlfriends name?" Lucy asks still in disbelieve.

H-A-N-N-A Emma says.

Hanna stares at the board watching it as it moves to yes. "Stop playing you guys" Lucy says. "We aren't moving!" Emma yells.

P-L-E-A-S-E- D-O-N-T F-I-G-H-T-

They gasp and Lucy says "We aren't, Show us you then"

P-I-C-K- U-P- T-H-E- P-L-A-N-C-H-E-T-T-E

Emma picks it up and looks threw. "Oh, My god!" Emma screams. "What?" Hanna asks. "I.I see him!" Emma says. "Yeah, right" Lucy says. "Here see for yourself" Emma says giving it to Lucy.

Threw the Planchette,

There's a misty blue figure. "Brandon wave" Emma says. The figure waves to Lucy "I'm sorry I still don't believe this is true" Lucy says moving it away from her face.

"If he touches you will you?" Emma asks.

"Uh. I don't think that's a good idea" Hanna says.

Lucy places the Planchette down on the board it stays still and the girls put their hands back on it. I- w-I-L-L T-R-Y the Planchette spells out.

The girls wait until Lucy's hand that rests on the Planchette lifts up then back down. "Ahh" Lucy screams. "See I told you" Hanna says. "Whoa cool" Emma says. "Oh, my god!" Lucy screams.

"How did it feel?" Emma asks.

"Really cold" Lucy says.

"Oh. I was hoping it would've been warm or something" Emma says.

"Warm? He is dead Emma" Hanna says.

B-E-L-I-E-V-E- N-O-W-

Lucy stares at the Planchette for a minute then nods yes. "Brandon, Do you miss being on earth?" Emma asks. E-V-E-R-Y- D-A-Y- "We miss you" Hanna says. I- K-N-O-W "How's heaven?" Emma asks. G-O-O-D B-U-T L-O-N-L-E-Y- "Really?" Lucy says. Y-E-S.

"I'm sorry" Emma and Lucy say.

I-T-S F-I-N-E

"Okay, Brandon We will leave now" Hanna says.

O-K-A-Y L-O-V-E Y-O-U H-A-N-N-A.

They move the Planchette to GOODBYE and take their hands off. "Well" Hanna says. "That was creepy but cool!" Emma says smiling. Hanna looks at Lucy who is biting her lip and then saying "Yeah. Turns out it's not fake but scary" They laugh and Hanna places the board and Planchette in the box and closes it up.

The girls get up and Hanna sits the board on Lucy's Desk. Emma and Lucy walk to the bed and lay down side by side. "I can't believe it actually worked" Lucy says "Yeah. Me either" Emma says. "Now, I believe you when you said he comes to you and talks to you" Lucy says looking at Hanna who is sitting in her Blue fluffy chair.

"I know, I saw your face when you saw him threw the Planchete" Hanna says.

"Would we be able to contact other people too?" Emma asks.

"Yeah I'm sure we will" Hanna says.

"Good, I wanna contact some people" Lucy says.

The girls watch a movie for the rest of the night until they all fall in Deep sleep.
