For anyone who's confused, Late spring is May while early fall/autumn is September :). Four moon cycles aka four months have passed, so you know what that means ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
OoOoO

Ever since that night, time moved on without warning. The late spring weather warmed up like a blazing fire before cooling like a hot iron dropped into water, the northern air creeping down to the grace the village with its presence. Vibrant, lush green flora began to wither as it neared the end of its time. Though not for another few moon cycles, animals began to act of preparing for hibernation, their long winter nap. Animal life scurried to find suitable shelters for the incoming cold while others competed in the game of hunting to have a lasting food supply and feat for their bodies to diminish in their eon coma.

As the world spun and time's white rabbit hopped and hopped to beat its own, the family too continued on their lives.  With early autumn here and winter creeping into the village, preparations of all kinds were tended too. Dusty clothes were brought out of hiding from wooden chests to be fixed and cleaned. Grisha ventured into town to pick up preserved meat and require a tailor to insulate his children's garments, seeing that required a professional's practice rather than an amateur girl's needle pricked fingers.

The omega children rushed to secure various resources before Jack Frost arrived. Historia lugged firewood up to the chopping block for Eren to chip in half and quarts, repeating the process 'til the boy had a mighty sized chore to tackle. The blonde omega was not idle during this time, no, she took care of various things like securing fruits and vegetables that came about during autumn's time: the local apple tree plentiful this year as wild carrots sprouted. The girl made sure to search for the vegetable's seed to take back to the cabin. It'd be smart to start a fall-winter garden to avoid nature's clutches later on.

Her ears picked up the rustling of leaves as the wind picked up, pulled, and pushed the fallen fronds of oak up into the sky, the invisible force sending Historia's strands of free hair for a ride. Up and up the leaves went, the girl observing before she returned to her tasks.

One by one, the leaves escaped the wind's clutches 'til only one remained for the exclusive rollercoaster, leaving the area to ride districts over to the royal castle. The brown leaf hopped off and floated down with hypnotic sways to land on a window sill. Peering inside the castle, one would see a maid hurrying by, hands adorned with wool protection as the castle became cooler.

Her brown braid swung behind her as she sped down the hall, feet tapping against the floor to come upon double doors. With no warning, she opened it to grace the decorated ballroom with her presence. Despite always being clean, countless staff urged to do a thorough cleaning of the area, scouting for mice and other pests that could reside as they let the castle cats loose for the organized feast.  Wooden ladders were the temporary holes for staff as they reached high on the ceiling to dust and clean the high wall's trimmings. In other areas of the castle, messengers rushed to and fro to deliver. The treasury ordered and screamed for decorations and more planners as more planners thought of how to decorate the castle.

Further inside the palace on the second floor, a meeting took place. The prince along with the inner circle of Kingdom Rose sat in plush seats that people only dreamed to sit on for seconds. The prince sat there and to the untrained eye looked completely uninterested. However, Levi was simply watching pigs swirl back and forth about ideas regarding the Choosing. Specifically, ideas for the Omega Trials.
