"One ticket to Red Pine, Pennsylvania." I handed my money to the ticket sales guy as he handed me a bus ticket. I had forty-five minutes before the bus was ready to leave. I sat by the window and leaned my head against it. I heard the door swing up and I looked up to see Blake standing there looking around for me. Our eyes met and I stood up as we ran to me. "Don't leave." "I already bought my ticket." I stated. "Return it. Stay with me. I'll tell you why I love you, My favorite movie is 42, you know the one about Jackie Robinson. It's baseball. MY favorite TV show is Pitch, it's new, it's about baseball. I love baseball, I played when I was younger. My favorite food is cheeseburgers, steak, anything with meat for that matter. Mashed potatoes are good too. I love you because I feel it. I feel my love for you and it's growing stronger and stronger by the day. You amaze me just by being you. We don't have to live in New York and live a perfect life. We can have the crappiest life ever! We can buy the crappiest house ever and call it home, have three kids and I can work at a 9 to 5 job stay late to get a promotion and we can fight about how much I work. You can think I'm having an affair and get in a heated argument and then I'll say your crazy cause I'm just working late to get a promotion so we can go to Disney World. I will do anything for you. I will do whatever to make you happy, because I love you. I love you and everything that makes you, you." I stared at him. His rambling was done and I could tell he meant it. He meant every single word and I trusted that he would do anything for me. I walked to the booth where I purchased my ticket and gave it back. I turned around and walked to Blake and kissed him. He put his hands on my face and I put my arms around his waist. Our faces separated and we were left staring into each others eyes. "Let's go." he grabbed my hand and ran outside towards his jeep. We jumped and faced towards me. "Where do you wanna go?" He asked. I just stared at him. "Anywhere. Any city, town, give me a state! I'll take you right now." "Uh.... I don't know. Where can can we go?" I asked. "Well you have fifty states pick on!" "Okay... Uh... This is a lot of pressure because what if you don't like what I pick?" I asked. "I'll love it because I get to be with you. Now pick one." "Texas." He smiled and instantly drove off.

"Sixteen hours." I said. "Yeah it's a long drive, but it's worth it." He smiled at me then averted his attention back to the road. "I'm sorry." "For what?" I sighed, "For acting crazy. Just please understand that this is weird for me. All of this, what we are doing, it's crazy. I overreacted and I was overwhelmed." "Hey, it's alright. I get it. I'm acting pretty crazy too. I've never said those things, I've never felt the way I feel. All of this is new and I want you to know that I'm always gonna be crazy around you. Don't get scared." I laughed. "Thank you. No one has genuinely cared for me the way you do. I never thought that this would be my life. I imagined meeting the perfect guy and you managed to exceed my expectation of him. What you said honestly makes me realize that you are someone I need to be with because I can never, I will never find someone who loves me the way you do." I smiled at him and studied his face. His perfect smile and the way his eyes lit up made me happy and I had a giddy feeling grow inside of me.

"So about that crappy house we are gonna live in.." He looked over at me said, "Yeah, what about it?" "I think I'll be fine if we don't live there. I guess New York city will suffice." He laughed at me. "You're adorable, and we can live wherever you wanna live, as long as I have you by my side I'l be just fine." He grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it. "Let's put on some music." I suggested. "Play Ben Rector!" He exclaimed. "Oh looks like someone has a new favorite Artist." I giggled as I pressed play. "You should play our song." He suggested. "Our song?" "Yeah, the one we danced to." I smiled and looked for the song and my smile grew as I pressed play. "Well I'll be your rainy day lover. Whenever the sunny days end. And whatever the weather we have each other and thats the story will end." I sang the song to him and he occasionally joined in. I smiled at him and at the moment I realized how lucky I am to have someone like him in my life.
