Chapter Sixteen~

Namjoon's pov

"I can't believe you four tagged along." I say to Jin as I watch the three youngest pulling Y/n along.

"Why? Were you hoping to get some alone time with Y/n?" Jin asks, smirking as he looks over at me.

"That doesn't matter. It's just that they'll make her uncomfortable is all." I defend but he doesn't look convinced in the slightest.

"Guys, come here." Jin calls and they all stop and turn in our direction.

"Why? What is it, hyung?" Taehyung asks.

"We're gonna go in here. We'll catch up with Namjoon and Y/n later." he says and drags them away despite their protests.

I catch up to Y/n and look down at her.

"Is there somewhere you wanted to go?" I ask.

"Home." she says as she sticks her hands in her pockets.

"I can walk you home." I say even though I didn't want her to leave.

"I mean I can walk myself." she says.

But okay." she then adds and I smile.

We walk to her house and once we get there I don't expect what she says next.

"Do you maybe want to come inside?" She asks, avoiding my eyes.

My eyes widen a little.

"I mean you don't have to." she quickly adds.

"I'd like that." I smile and she nods before turning and unlocking the door.

We both walk inside and she slips her shoes off as do I.

"You can sit down or whatever. I'll be right back." she says then disappears down a hallway.

I sit down on her couch and pull out my phone to see a text from Jin.

Where did you guys end up?-Jin

We came back to her house. You guys can just head back to my place or whatever- Namjoon

Ooh (; okay! Have fun!- Jin

"Alright, So is there something you wanted to do?" Y/n asks as she appears back in the living room.

Now she was wearing a black tank top with grey sweats and her hair pulled up.

"Whatever is fine." I say and she sits down beside me, Closer than I expected.

"How about (favorite drama name)?" She grins.

"Of course." I smile too.

"Okay." She says as she reaches for the remote.

She seemed to be talking to me normally which was great.

I enjoyed the feeling of becoming closer to her.

When she turned on the tv she went to the episode we were on.

"You don't mind if I lay sideways do you?" She asks.

I shake my head.

I wasn't exactly sure what she meant by that but I guess I'd find out.

She turned so she was laying with her head slightly on my chest/stomach as the laptop laid on her stomach.

"Min and I sit like this while we watch shows. You don't mind, do you?" She asks as she glances up at me.

"Not at all." I say and she turns her head and turns on the episode.

We actually end up finishing the whole thing and by the end it was dark outside.

"I'm hungry." Y/n says as she sits up and looks around.

She grabs her phone then looks at me and starts laughing.

"It's already 10:49pm." She says.

"Aren't the guys wondering where you are?" She adds.

"I told Jin we were hanging out plus I don't have to tell them everything ya know." I say.

"Ah, alright. Well maybe you should get home then." She says and I nod and stand up.

"Today was fun." I smile once we get to the door and I step outside.

"Mhm." She smiles a little.

"It was nice not having Min be loud and pushy." she adds.

"Is that the only reason you had fun?" I frown a little.

"No." she mumbles as she looks away from my eyes.

"Then I'm glad." I grin.

"Goodnight Namjoon." She says as she looks up at me.

She shivered and I did the only thing that came to my mind.

I took off my jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders.

"No, it's way too cold for you to walk home without a jacket and it's late. Maybe you should um, stay the night." she says and my eyes widen a little bit.

I never imagined her saying that.

"Are you sure you're okay with that? I'll be okay walking-. Hang on" I say as my phone goes off.

When I see who it is my eyes widen.

"Yeah, I have to go. I'll see you soon, alright." I smile before jogging home.

The words on the message replayed in my head as I ran home.
