Chapter 29 ~ suspicions

Chapter 29 :

We spent the entire day watching movies in Draco’s room. I had myself snuggled up against his body, enjoying every minute of it. Way too soon I had to leave though.

“In about half an hour the common room will be crowded with students. Maybe you should leave before anyone can see you” he suggested when our second movie was finished. He rested his head on my shoulder and looked at me with his more than fine eyes.

I nodded, “That’ll probably be best.” I looked him back in the eye and couldn’t hide the blush that had formed on my cheeks. He always had this effect on me. He had it from the first day we met I just didn’t fully realize it.

“I don’t want you to though” he whispered. He caressed my hair absendmindly and lifted my chin so I'd look into his eyes and kissed me passionately. His hands traveled their way on my back, pulling me as close as possible to him. Our kisses got more and more heated. I let him take the lead with pleasure this time, I just enjoyed our forbidden love way too much. 

He pushed me backwards so I fell down on my back on his bed. I noticed how we were both panting. He smirked at me and lowered himself on top of me. His face was only inches away from mine and I was eager for him to kiss me so I pulled him down and our lips met yet again.

Slowly his hand found his way under my shirt. He stopped kissing me for a few seconds to look me in the eye, as if to ask for permission. As an answer I just started kissing him again, more roughly this time. His hand carressed my belly all the way  up to my bra. He grabbed my breast softly and moaned against my mouth.

All of the sudden we heard voices in the hallway which made us freeze in our actions. At first it was just one, but there were joining others so I really did need to leave.

I got up and left his room. I felt like a spy, tip-toeing around in the Slytherin common room while trying to be as cautious as possible without getting caught. I was grinning like a mad person while sneaking out and I almost did it.

“Very subtle Alice” I recognized Blaze’s voice. I didn’t need to look at him to imagine the big smile on his face.

“Did you lose your way to the Ravenclaw common room?” I heard another voice remark.

“I did not not Pansy” I turned around to greet my two Slytherin friends. Harry and Hermione were telling me multiple times how I need to be careful about me befriending Pansy but I honestly believed that she was a true friend to me, in some sort of strange way.

“I had to bring a…book to Malfoy. Yeah, for our tutoring session tomorrow.” I said, sounding convincing. They looked at me with raised eyebrows, I guess I wasn’t so convincible after all. “I am leaving now, goodbye!”

That was close. With my heart beating rapidly I left the common room and made my way upstairs to my own. I was walking until I suddenly saw my brothers hair.

“Hey Harry wait up please!” I called after him. He was heading outside with his broomstick.

He turned around and smiled warmly at me. “Alice! What’s up?”

“Do you mind if I join you?” I asked him, referring to his broomstick. After his agreement I sprinted up the stairs in full speed. I felt very excited about everything and I couldn’t sit still for a second. I guess that was how it felt to be happy. After a quick word with Luna I made my way to the quidditch pitch where I saw Harry, who was already high in the sky.
