*Selena's POV*

Justin and I had been happily together for almost three years now. I couldn't be happier with our lives.

I had been blessed by getting movie role after movie role and I had so much going for me. Justin had been just as lucky. He already had 6 albums out and had been on 3 world tours.

Justin had just finished up his latest tour and was able to have a few months off before he started recording his next album. Fortunately, I was on a break between movies as well, so we were able to do the cute couple things that we aren't able to do over Skype and the phone.

I laid in bed across Justin's chest drifting in and out of sleep, while Justin watched some boring action movie that was on TV.

I had to admit this relationship took a lot of work; everything from not so nice fans that Justin had, to the people making up fake rumors every time we turned around.

"Sel? You asleep?" Justin asked looking down at me.

"Uh-huh." I mumbled causing a smile to grow on my face.

He chuckled slightly before getting serious, "What would you say to getting married? I mean we've been together for quite a while and we aren't getting any younger. And I honestly can't see myself with anyone but you."

I immediately sat up, looking at him with wide eyes, "What? Justin is this a joke?"

"No Sel, I'm serious. I think we are ready. It's time we get settled and start to have a family. Can't you picture little Bieber children running around this big empty house? Just think about it."

I sat there seeing it all in my head. I had always dreamed of marring Justin and having a child or two. A smile spread on my face and I nodded happily, "Let's do it."

"Really? Wow. That was easier than I thought." He smiled satisfied with himself. "We can even go ring shopping, if you want, tomorrow."

"That sounds perfect to me," I smiled leaning up to kiss him, before I rested my head on my pillow and let my mind drift away.

-

I woke up bright and early to get ready to go ring shopping. I actually couldn't believe the conversation that we had had last night. Don't get me wrong, I was glad it was real but it still seemed like a dream.

After I had got dressed and put my make-up on I went to wake Justin up before going down stairs to make us breakfast.

I sat on my side on the bed and kissed Justin on the neck softly over and over hoping he would soon wake. "Justin, babe, time to get up," I whispered softly in his ear. Suddenly, his big arms consumed me holding me tight to his body.

I laughed loudly, "Justin stop! It's time to get up. We have things to do today." I laughed again.

After Justin finally released me and agreed to get ready, I went to go make breakfast.

I quickly made some pancakes for us and put them on two plates, just was Justin walked down the stairs commenting, "Someone's an eager beaver today."

I smiled, not able to hide how good of a mood I was in, so I just brought the plates over to our little breakfast nook that we had, setting the food in front of Justin.

I sat across from him as we both began eating while we quietly chatted about nothing important.

"Thank you baby. That was really good," Justin stated kissing my cheek as he walked past me getting the car keys. "Ready?"

I rinsed off the plates and quickly put them in the dishwasher, before drying my hands and grabbing my purse.

*Justin's POV*

I pulled up to a jewelry shop just outside of L.A. Surprisingly, there were no paps anywhere.

We got out of the car and quickly joined hands, walking in together. Of course, within 1 second Selena had already found something she liked. I laughed quietly at her. She was like a little kid in a candy store with no parent and unlimited money.

"Jay, you gotta see this one," she said practically a hundred time. I found it adorable how excited she was.

She walked around the ring part of the jewelry shop looking at all of them before she came to one. It was simple but big, without being too big. It was a nice looking ring.

"Justin, this is the one. It's perfect." The lady behind the counter handed her the display ring which happened to be her size. She slid the ring onto her ring finger inspecting it. It fit like a glove and it looked like it was made for her.

"Okay let's get it," I said causing her to grin ear to ear. I followed the lady to where we sign the paper work, when I accidentally bumped into someone.

"I am so sor-..." I was shocked. What was she doing here.

"Kate? What are you doing here?" I asked causing Selena to look over and roll her eyes. Selena and Kate never got along. Ever.

"I was just picking up a charm bracket for a friend," Kate said avoiding eye contact.

Before Selena and I started dating, Kate and I were on and off for about a year and a half. Things didn't really end well for us and this was the first time I has seen her since breaking off ties for good. "What are you doing here?" She asked breaking my train of thought.

Right at that time Selena walked over wearing the engagement ring that she had just signed for, "Engagement ring shopping. Isn't it pretty?"

I never knew why but Selena always hated Kate. I didn't really understand girl drama so I tired to stay out if it. I honestly didn't even want to know.

Kate nodded her head looking down at the little girl who was tugging on her pants. "Momma, I'm hungry."

"You're a mom now? Congratulations," I said. I turned to Selena handing her the car keys. "Go get the car started and we can go grab some lunch before we go back home." She nodded and placed a kiss in my lips.

"Thank you for my ring. I really love it," she said happily. She turned taking the keys outside of the shop before I turned back to Kate. "It's been forever. We should catch up some time."

She pulled a pen and paper scratching something on the paper before handing it to me. "Here. Call me some time. Maybe we can grab lunch or something."

"Sounds good thanks. Good to see you again." I said as I turned to leave catching one last glance at the little girl.

"Okay Emma, let's go get something to eat now," I heard Kate say to the little girl who was tugging on her pants, trying her hardest to get her moms attention.

I opened the shop door and shoved the piece of paper in my pants pocket, before getting in the car.
