~Kat's P.O.V~

After the party was over, I realized I had to confront him. Ask him. I knew it kind of wasn't my business, but at the same time it was, especially if I was just another victim on his list.

The guests left, and I went upstairs to change into my night gown and get ready for bed, but I knew I couldn't sleep unless I talked to him, so, with that I walked out of my bedroom, and made my way down the corridor to his study, knocking on the door three times.

"Um, Harry?" I asked unsure.

"Come in." He said. I opened the wide door, and walked into his study, finding him at his desk, getting completely lost in yet another book of his.

He shut it and put it down and to the side as he looked at me.

"What is it?" He asked simply.

I walked over to the chair that sat directly in front of his at the opposite end of the desk, and clamped my shaky hands on the top of it.

"I-I um." I began. "I kind of had a question to ask you." I looked up deep into his eyes, seeing the emerald green sparkling back at mine as his face looked puzzled.

"Well, sit down then and ask me." He spoke.

I sat down in the seat and shifted over my night gown so it covered up a good amount of my pale legs.

"Well," I began once more. "Tonight at the party, I had an interesting, well, conversation with one of your supposed, friends."

"What do you mean?" He asked folding his hands together as he leaned in on the desk more, getting closer to me, looking deeper into my eyes.

"Victoria kind of stopped me in the kitchen, and she told me some things about you" I paused. "And her. And a little something that could effect me, and I just wanted to know if it was exactly true or not."

He began to shift in his seat as he sighed. "I see. What exactly did she tell you?" He asked beginning to get more stern.

"That you and her have had an on and off fling for a few centuries, and that you have a thing for human woman, you tell them that you capture them for a reason, then you bite them, make them go insane for you, then you well um......then you kill them by draining all their blood from their veins."

I could tell by each word that I spoke that he began to get more and more furious. His fists clinging tightly together as he gritted his teeth.

"You don't need to speak to her. I forbid you from speaking to her ever again." He half yelled through his teeth.

"What?!" I spoke up, "I mean, I don't exactly want to talk to her again, but I do what to know the truth. Is what all she said true?"

He looked down at the rug covered stone floors then looked back at me. "We did have a little thing when I first turned. But what's done is over, and she can't seem to accept that. As for the rest, it's none of your concern." He spoke more softly, but by his facial expression, I could tell he was still pissed.

"What do you mean it's none of my concern?! Harry. It is my concern, especially if it's my life in danger! Did you really kidnap me just to be your personal slave, and then just to dispose of me like the others?! I have the right to know!" I yelled now fuming at his words. I knew I shouldn't have, but he left me no choice.
