Barry's pov
"Violet are you okay?" I ask immediately, still holding onto my sister tightly.
She nods, "Did Cassidy really leave?"
"No. We heard his voice and knew something was up. She got away and went to Kyla for help," Piper says, her eyes sad.
"I can't believe this was his work. Officer Marcus of all people," Jasper says angrily.
"Do you know what he wants?" I ask, looking down at Violet.
"No. But he knew that you guys would come here. He lured you here on purpose. Barry I'm scared," Violet admits, which makes me nervous. Violet hardly ever got scared.
"It'll be okay, Vi," Carter assures her, trying to sound brave.
"How'd you get taken?" Piper asks, probably wanting to see if her theory was right.
"He took me one night. Barry, mum, and dad were out. He broke and took me," she says softly, looking at the ground.
"From your room? Is that why it was a mess?" She continues.
Violet frowns, "No. I opened the front door and he grabbed me before I knew what was happening. Why is my room a mess?"
Piper's eyes widen in shock, "It was a set up. Officer Marcus went up there and made a mess after all of the others saw it. He knew we'd go back and look. For all we know, he he's been watching us all for months and knows all about us and how we act. It was all fake. He played us and we went right along with it." She begins to cry softly. Carter pulls her close and rubs her back, trying to calm her down.
"I'm so sorry guys. I led us into a trap and got us caught. Now who knows what'll happen to us. Our poor parents," Piper hiccups, her head in her hands.
"How are mum and dad doing?" Vi questions, her eyes sad.
"They aren't doing very good. I mean, before we left they weren't. They were so depressed when you went missing. And now we've put all of them through hell for nothing," I whisper, my throat getting hoarse.
"Hey Barry, it's not your fault. We all agreed to leave. None of could have known that Officer Marcus would end up being a psycho path kidnapper," Jasper says, trying to simultaneously lighten the mood and make me feel better. Neither worked. We fall into a miserable silence, just hoping that Cassidy gets away.

Cassidy's pov
"Kyla! We need to go now!" I shout, jumping into her van. She doesn't even doubt me. She simply throws the van into reverse and drives away quickly.
"Cass where are the others?" She demands as we drive to her apartment.
"Officer Marcus, the cop who is in charge of Violet's case, is actually responsible for it. He took them all. Piper helped me get away. Kyla we have to get them back! I can't lose them! They're my best friends!" I exclaim, close to tears.
"We need to tell your parents," Kyla answers. I nod, agreeing with her.
"I can get plane tickets for us, but we need to pick up Hanna, my girlfriend first. We'll leave right after that," she promises.
"I can't ask you to do that. You've already helped so much," I protest.
"Cassidy, they're my friends too. I'm going to help you get them back, even if you protest," Kyla warns me. I nod, grateful to have help.
