..." Emma had a car crash, father told you better not to appear at the funeral"
Emma was my older sister. I didn't see her in a year. Didn't hear her voice.
I can not believe. How can they do this to me?
I was on the airport floor loudly sobbing and screaming. I could feel cold sweat on my neck and forehead.
Shawn ran up to me-" What happened?"
I couldn't answer, my voice was gone. My eyes dry to keep crying. I was just kicking the floor with my clenched fist.
-" Cara what happened!" He yelled trying to get me to reality.
-" My... My sister" I managed to say between sobs.
He took the phone from my hand and read the message. I could hear him gulp.
I was starting to lose conciousness. I can't take this anymore.-Shawn's P.O.V.-
She just fell. Not concious.
I lifted her up from the floor and put her on the chair in the lobby. My mother walking behind me carrying a glass of water and asking what has happened.
-" Her sister died" I said under my breath, barely audiable.
-" Oh my god"
I was worried if Cara is gonna be okay, it was killing me. My mum was waking her up and giving her water.
I went to cancel her flight. She is staying here. I can't let her go.----------
-" I wanna go home" she said her throat sore from crying.
-"You are staying here" I said hugging her.
-" I can't, I don't want to bother you all"
How can she think of us, she just lost someone she loved. This makes me low key angry.
-" No, you're staying"
-" Please let me go"
-" I canceled your flight"
-" Why?" She yelled mad at me, tears again forming in her eyes.
-" I can't let you be alone now"
She just clenched at the chair, her head on her knees.
-" Let me go back to my routine, I'll forget her easier"
-" Just be honest, you don't have to be strong now"
-" You want me to be honest? Would you listen to me?" Tears rolled down her pale face.
-" Yes I will, I want you to feel better"
