Chapter twelve: Wait Alex has two mates?!

Jaimie POV

I was still confused...how could she smell her mate? I thought Jake was her mate...things are about to get complicated...

"Jaimie, I would like you to meet my Beta Will. Your mother said I could have him come over to meet you before you moved in." He said so only Alex and I could hear.

I smiled at him. "Nice to meet you Will. This is my best friend Alex."

He bowed and said, "Luna."

I'm not a fan of formality, but I understand that for them it shows rank. Maybe once I get to know the Pack better I'll tell them to call me Jaimie or some nickname that's made up for me. He looked at Alex they just stared at each other for a minute. I just looked at Josh in shock.

'Jake said that they were mates...is there a possibility that someone can have two?' I asked Josh.

'No, he must've made it up because he's obsessing over finding his mate.'

'Oh shit.'

'Oh shit is right. We're going to have to have a little chat with him once we get to the pack house. When do you want to move in by the way?'

'Um, how about the twenty seventh?' I asked him.

'Fine. I'll let the Pack know, and let my father know that we are mates.' He stated.

I smiled. I can't wait! Life is going to be even more thrilling now that I'll have to keep Skyler away from him. The thought of her touching him made Hope growl. I don't even know why she hates me. She just does. I made a mental know to tell her to back the fuck off of him.

'Mine!' She said.

Ok, I'm not gonna miss her off. He's not going anywhere without me knowing though. I looked back to Alex and Will, and they're kissing. I decide to tease them.

"Gross! Go get a room!" I chuckle.

Alex gives me a death glare. "Not if you want us to use yours!" She replies.

Both Josh and Will are laughing so hard at this. I glance at Alex. I gave her my 'Let's make them uncomfortable look'.

"Oh boys," We said to get their attention.

Their heads snap to look at us. I smiled at started walking up to Josh. He looked a little confused and scared...was he blushing?!

'Hey Hope, wanna help?' I joked with her.

'Hell yeah! They're going to regret laughing at us like that.'

He still looked scared. Instead of kissing him like he and his wolf were ready to do, I hugged him. I also put my hands up the back of his shirt...instead of scratching, I just held them there. I was too focused on what I was doing that I couldn't see what Alex was doing. I looked up at Josh and his eyes were black.

'You are so lucky right now.' He mind-linked me.

'I know. Don't laugh at us like that again, and it'll be much worse.' I teased.

'Watch it...' He warned.

Two days later and I was packed and ready to leave. I said my good-byes to my family and went with Josh to the Pack house. I saw the outside, but not the inside. My jaw almost dropped. Josh helped me get my clothes into our room and I was set. He unfortunately had to do some pack stuff with his father to get ready for becoming Alpha. Alpha Josh and Luna Jaimie...sounds so right. I'm going to meet the whole pack here soon. I just hope they don't reject me.
