Elsa's P-O-V.

Jack went to his house before dropping me to the museum.  I already made a phone call to notify all the members of the board to have an emergency meeting.
Lyra went with me while I packed my things in my office and to give my clothes to all the ladies present to serve me through time.
It is harder for me than I expected,  there is so much memories present in this building and thinking about leaving my home is like killing something inside me. It was torturing my heart. I will miss the marble stairs that I always see every morning and the clicking of my shoes as it hit the floor. The comforting silence of the building every time I am alone. The books that is scattered everywhere that feeds my knowledge and for some reason help us with the clues of what we really are in this present time. The people that came with me through the whole travel of my existence. The places I went to and the things I will leave here for eternity. The dresses I have and the work I have done. This is something that will be missing part of me when I got back.

As I look around my room,  I happened to see the pi tire of me and my father months before he die.
I took the picture and smile though tears are already wetting the glass of the picture frame.

"I am going home Father." I whispered. "Thank you for everything. I hope to see you again."

A few more tears have fallen before I placed it back and headed towards the door and left,  closing the door behind me.

Lyra is waiting for me at the foot of the stairs with her usual folder in her hand.

"Ms. Elsa,  the board is already in the meeting room." She said.

I nodded and chuckled. "Elsa is alright,  Lyra."

"This is the last time that I will be your assistant,  Ms. Elsa. Might as well take it seriously." She laughed. "Now off we go and face those bastards."

"Language!" I hissed,  she is still the same princess that I remember.

She giggled. "Sorry."

We walked going to the meeting room and place myself on my usual seat in the head of the table.

"Good day to you,  Ms. Winters." They greeted in unison.

I nodded. "Likewise. Let us discuss the matter at hand."

Everyone opened their folder as I opened mine and the tedious meeting started. In the middle of the talking,  my brain drifted off somewhere.
How is Jack now?

❄❄❄❄

Jack's P-O-V

I am still frozen in place in front of the door. I don't want to knock or to talk to them because they might be still mad at me and my sudden outburst when we talk about Elsa is a bit disrespectful. They just didn't understand the feelings I have for the girl and they are hitting under the belt when they suddenly believed all those nonsense gossip. I thought they know more than that.

I rubbed my nape and sighed. "Maybe they already forget about me."

I turn around and walked out when the door suddenly open,  revealing my mom and my dad. They looked aged and haggard.

"Mom? Dad?" I called out but they didn't turn. I walked going to their direction and hold Dad's shoulder. He flinched by my touch yet acted like he didn't see me.

"Have a great day at the work,  honey." Mom said and then they separated. Dad walked out of the house and mom went inside.
Right,  acting like they didn't know I existed.  Better for them,  I am not going to exist in this time anymore.

Sighing,  I took a pen and a paper from my backpack and sat on the stairs to write a letter for them.

Dear Mom and Dad,

I know you're still mad at me for how I have acted since we saw each other last. I hope you will forgive me when that time comes.
I wanted to talk to you today but I guess I deserved being ignored when all my life you have given me your attention and throw it to waste when we have an fall out. I am really sorry.
The thing is,  you may never see me again because I am going to live away from here. You may never see me again and I think someday you will actually forget me already.  Just act like I don't exist and no Jack happened to your life. It I'd better that way.

Good bye Mom and Dad,  Thank you for everything.

Love,

Jack

P. S.
Don't even try to find me because I know you will never will.

I folded the paper and put it in front of the door. I sighed before knocking a few times before I turn around and went to my car and drive,  away from everything that matter to me in this stage of my life.

❄❄❄❄

I am waiting for Elsa in front of the museum in the car when my phone vibrated,  indicating that I am receiving a call.
I snap it open and held it on my ear.

"Hello?" I answered to the receiver.

"Jack?  You wanted to talk to us now?" Merida's voice asked in the other end made me sighed with relief and sadness.  I am going to miss all of them.

"Yeah, can we meet in the cafe?  I am just waiting for Elsa to come from an important meeting." I said. "Bring everyone,  including Rap and Flynn. You can do that,  right?"

"Of course though I hate Rap and Flynn's guts." She groaned.

"Thank you,  Redhead." I teased.

She groaned again before hanging up.
Just on cue that Elsa and Lyra combed down the stairs and enter the car.

Elsa kiss my cheeks and we drove away.

"How's your talk with your Parents?" She asked.

I sighed. "They didn't even turn to look at me. I just gave them a letter."

She gave me a smile and pat my shoulder. "Don't worry. Everything would be alright."

"I guess so." I smiled. "How's your meeting? "

"Nothing that I can't handle." She smiled. "We have an election abut the next curator that would replace my position. Mr. Fencing took the position. He is Father's old friend so I know he will do a great job."

"Good." I smiled. "So, we're going to talk to our friends now."

"Are we going to tell them the truth?" She asked.

I shrugged. "I don't know."

"They Deserve to know." She mumbled.

"I am not really sure." I sighed.
