Lyra's p-o-v

"you're lucky to caught us in a very distinct timing,  Jam." Astrid said while typing in her laptop some codes that I can't decipher.  "we have a new technology that is dedicated just for the man hunt. Sandy made it and I am having a feeling that we're going to need it soon." She then winked at her.

Jam laughed. "Yeah,  well,  you all owe me when I helped you with something for your mission back then with the nemesis which is the nightmares, right? When they tried to form it back again?"

"Yep. Manu and you did the job for us. That is why Manny is ecstatic about claiming the both of you." Astrid smiled. "Got a fat amount of cash in my bank account after that mission. Thanks to you."

"talking about the perks in being in an organization." Manu muttered.  "and having a time travellers as your claim."

"you got that right." Astrid laughed while scrolling to her laptop in an unknown page that I am not familiar with.  Seems like a personal data base of some sort.

"what are you doing?" I asked from behind them, disturbing the conversation that thy are having that seems to be confusing. 

"I am hunting.  Well, it is hunting. Checking everything that might tell us where the hell they are." She answered.  "using everything that seems to be a loophole to see them.  Security cameras and stuff,  even the camera that can be hacked using our very own creation of hacking program like phone cameras and voice mails and calls and stuff."

I gasped.  "wow.  You're unbelievable."

"thanks." She muttered but didn't looked away from the screen.  She seems to be taking everything seriously and that gave me a bit of assurance that we're going to make it in time though worry is still tingling in every inch of my body.
Alia looked at me but didn't do anything but stood in the corner while tears formed in the corner of her eyes,  suddenly falling on her face. She is just worried and scared as everyone here.

"How much time do we have?" I asked Jam.

She glanced at the wrist watch she is wearing and sighed. "We only have a few hours left but I guess it's enough time for them."

"Yeah,  if we're really dealing with only one person here,  then we have plenty of time." Astrid said. "Though I think he have some connections and stuff but I guess this mission is just a piece of cake."

I nodded though I am not really convinced by her words. I glanced at Manu who just gave me a reassuring smile that took my breath away before I turned to look away to hide my blush. He is like a model or will passed as a prince in some kingdom. Jam said that he is from another dimension so maybe he is but what would he go with Jam than be  there in his own world? 
I just sighed and waited for them to figure thing out and hoping that Elsa and Jack is safe and we will be back in time to travel.

Few minutes have gone by and I am till worried sick. No one said a word until Astrid clapped her hands once and looked at us with a grin evident on her face.

"Gotcha."

Jack's P-O-V

I was woken by a loud bang in the cage I am in. I can see Hans dumping someone in the cage I am in with a black cloth covering the person's head.

"Don't touch me Hans!" A familiar voice demanded. My head suddenly snap to look at the figure that Hans just dumped and locked the cage again without another word. I can't help but to relieved to see her still breathing and alive but her seeing sent here with me by someone who wants to separate us left me confuse. Once Hans is nowhere to be seen I took the chance to know what happened.

"E-elsa?" I whispered,  my voice is trembling with exhaustion nd worry.

The person sobbed. "J-JACK?"

I crawled to get near her with difficulty for I am still bounded like her.
Once I get to her,  I helped her with the thing that covered her face.
Her tear streaked face made me breathless and I tried my best to comfort her.
She looked battered with all the bruises that is evident on her exposed skin.

"What happened?" I asked.

She shook her head but continue crying her eyes out.  I can't stand it and just hushed her and kissed her forehead. I really hope someone will came to our rescue.
