Kat's POV:

"Hiya Kat! You remember me don't ya? Of course, you do! Well, a little birdie told me we were playing a game of hide and seek, you know how much I just love games! Well, I couldn't just let you win now, could I? I am wayyyy too competitive to let you beat little old me! So here I am, taking my turn." I was trembling so bad that the sheets that I was previously clutching were falling from my hands.

"H-How did you find me?" I asked, my voice shaking as much as my hands were.

"Come on Kitty, didn't ya miss me? Even a little bit?" He jumped onto the bed, his face millimetres from my own. "I know you missed me." He trailed a hand along my jaw line, leaving my skin with cold shivers.

"I-" Before my lips could form words I leant forward our lips crashing and my hands roaming through his hair in a desperate attempt to be closer to him. "I missed you."

"I know you did Katerina."

"Katerina."

"Katerina!"

I jerked my head up at the sound of my name being called and someone's hand shaking my arm lightly. "Miss Ferdine are you alright?" Alfred's concerned voice rang through my cloudy mind, still trying to make sense of what my mind had displayed to me in that nightmare.

"I-I'm fine, thank you, Alfred." My body was subjected to a cold sweat and my hair clung to the back of my neck as chills ran up and down my spine.

"Master Bruce is very worried for you, he asks that you join him for breakfast so the two of you can discuss how to handle the Silver situation.

"I'll be there as soon as I get changed," I muttered sending him a small smile to which he returned with a worried gaze.

"He will wait for you in the kitchen Miss Ferdine." With that he left and closed the door behind him, leaving me alone with the bizarre thoughts of last night. I slowly stood from the bed, my legs wobbling so I grabbed onto the bed post for support. I kept still, letting my vision focus and waiting for the room to stop spinning before I noticed a note sitting on top of the dresser.

Thinking it was something Selina had left me before leaving last night I picked up the small piece of paper, my eyes skimming the words faster than my brain could process them but as the writing registered my fingers let go of the paper, letting it fall from my hands and onto the carpeted floor.

He knows I'm here.

Not just alive but he knows exactly where I am and he got in here. How the hell did he get in here? I could have sworn I locked the door.

My head was pounding and my spine was tingling with the realisation that I was no longer safe here. He knows that I'm alive and he knows how to get here. He's going to kill me. With the thought of my life being thrown back into his twisted game I sunk to the floor. Gripping the piece of paper so tightly I feared I would rip the only piece of evidence I had.

Tears sprang to my eyes as I began to fully develop what was happening, he or someone affiliated with him was in my room last night and that made my mind run wild. Before I could comprehend what I was doing I found myself pelting down the hallway and into the kitchen, desperate to find the boy millionaire with a horrible security system.

"Bruce!" I called out in a choked sob and he and Selina came running out of the kitchen to meet me half way.

"Kat! Oh my god what's going on?" Bruce's concern dripping through the statement.

"He knows." I huffed out, slightly breathless. That hallway was long.

"Who? What does he know?" Selina questioned.
