Layler’s POV.

(Sounds of sirens)

"What the!" I shout as I sit up straight on my bed…and that is how I start my
day.
It took almost everyone in the house to get used to my abnormal choice of a morning alarm. I still jump up wondering what the emergency could be, like I said "It took almost everyone".

I roll all the way out of my bed, and then I get on my feet and then I carefully scan the room for my business phone. With the kind of life I live, it makes perfect sense for me to have more than one phone.

My life took an unexpected turn down sudden lane and I became rich just because of a few deaths and a few documents.
My Father died 8 years ago, he got shot 7 times, and his remains were sent to my mother's doorstep, she died on the spot from a heart attack, leaving my brother Quinton, me, and the twins Alexis and Alex behind. Thanks to Quinton's big head, he died trying to find my father's killers.

Alexis currently uses crutches to walk around, and Alex is in perfect shape, they are both currently doing their final year in high school.
My dad left behind a will before he died, he gave all his major assets including his underground brothel and drug business to my brother Quinton, but after he passed away all those assets became my responsibility. Talk about foul
rewards.
