"You can't move out."
"Oh? And why not? I am old enough to make my own decisions. Sadly, I made the stupid one of being with you." I hated to say that. I felt sick even saying it and I know my words cut him like knives. It was visible and clear as day on his face. I did instantly regret it, actually. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. I really didn't, I'm sorry," I mumble, completely annoyed with myself.
"You know what? I think we need a break from each other." I felt my heart break. I didn't expect that, I thought things were going to go okay. I thought maybe he was going to apologise, but I thought wrong. The tears were threatening to pour from my eyes but I held them back.
"A b-break?" Well, I couldn't stop my voice from stuttering. "O-okay." Without saying anything else, I make my way to our room to pack myself some clothes.
