Patrick's POV
"Hey Patrick!" Ellen says with a shimmer in her eye
"Hey El" I reply back while picking a piece of hair up and tucking it behind her ear
"I was wondering if you wanted to have dinner at my place tonight after filming. I have to tell you something important that I have wanted to tell you for a long long LONG time now." I ask hopeful that she will accept
"That would be lovely Patrick. Should we meet somewhere and just go to your house together?" She asks
"Of course whatever you want" I reply back excited and nervous for tonight I just hope it all goes as well as I dreamt for it to be
After shooting
I see Ellen walk out of her dressing room and she walks toward me with a smile
"Ready to go?" I ask
"I sure am." She replies
We both get into my car and I start driving to my house. We are listening to music and Ellen is peacefully humming along with the music while I think of the perfect way to tell Ellen how I actually feel about her.
A couple minutes later, we arrive at my house and I hurry up and get out of the car so I can open the passenger door for Ellen. She thanks me with a smile and we walk inside my house together. One of the most important moments of my life is about to happen.
When we get inside, we both take our jackets off and sit on the couch. I ask her what she wants to watch and eat and she replies
"You can pick what we watch since I picked the last time and we could order pizza if that's okay with you."
"Yeah that sounds great but you can pick the movie again while I call to order the pizza I don't mind." I say with a smile
"Okay Paddy."
I walk away into the kitchen while El picks out the movie. I call her favorite pizza place which is Pappa Johns and order a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. When I am done, I walk back in and see that Ellen hasn't picked out a movie.
"We have to talk" Ellen says to me
"I know. I have to tell you something very important" I say back
"Okay you go first."
"El I fell in love with you. From the very first moment that we met in the dog park. I don't want to ruin our friendship because you probably don't even feel the same about me but I just felt like that you had the right to know." I say insecurely
