Patrick's POV
I walk away into the kitchen while El picks out the movie. I call her favorite pizza place which is Pappa Johns and order a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. When I am done, I walk back in and see that Ellen hasn't picked out a movie.
"We have to talk" Ellen says to me
"I know. I have to tell you something very important" I say back
"Okay you go first."
"El I fell in love with you. From the very first moment that we met in the dog park. I don't want to ruin our friendship because you probably don't even feel the same about me but I just felt like that you had the right to know." I say insecurely
"Paddy I..."
"El I understand if you don't feel the same way so I am going to-
I get cut off by Ellen's lips crashing onto mine. I can't believe that she feels the same way! After she pulls away from the kiss, I am speechless.
"El do you really feel the same way about me?" I ask
"Yeah paddy I do. I always have and I don't think I will ever stop loving you." She says
Ellen's POV
Omg I can't believe that Patrick actually is in love with me too! I have no words to say so I just mumble
"Paddy I..."
"El I understand if you don't feel the same way so I am going to-" okay I have to shut Patrick up and tell him that I am in love with him too so I just cut him off with my lips
We kiss for a couple seconds and it feels so good! It's like we were meant to be with each other. When we both pull away, he asks
"El do you really feel the same way about me?"
"Yeah paddy I do. I always have and I don't think I will ever stop loving you." I reply
We kiss again and then hug for a very long time. I can't believe that this day is finally here! I have been waiting for so long for Patrick to tell me this and this dream is finally coming true!! After we hug, I pull away ask ask
"What does this mean?"
