{ First Day of Shooting }

Ellen's POV

Today is the first day that we will be shooting season one of greys anatomy. I am kind of nervous to be honest. Not just for shooting but seeing Patrick too. After our coffee "date" about a week ago we have been texting a lot. And, we are also supposed to go out to dinner once Shonda lets us go today. I am just hoping that it goes like the last "date" and there is no awkward tension between the two of us.

It is going to be very nice getting to know Patrick more. I just hope it turns out the way I want it to.

I wake up, get a shower, and I leave my house extra early not only to be on time for shooting (Because I am always late to everything) but to go to Starbucks to get a coffee for Patrick and I.

Once I am done with getting the coffee at Starbucks, I drive to set. I walk in to the studio with both of the coffees in my hand and almost immediately after I get there, I hear Patrick call my name. He walks in with also two coffees in his hand. Talk about a dreamy guy...

Patrick's POV

I had such an amazing time with Ellen a week ago when we went for coffee. I got her number and we have been texting nonstop getting to know each other a little more. We are such good friends and even though I know that she won't be anything more because she doesn't like me like that, I don't want to give up on her. She is beautiful, talented, funny, generous, and super smart. I can only dream about having a girl a great as Ellen.

Anyway, I decide to wake up early today to get Ellen and I some coffee. When I was done getting ready, I went to Starbucks and got Ellen and I's favorite coffee and drove to set.

When I got there, I saw Ellen. I admired her for a couple seconds while she was talking to Sandra and then I called her name. She turned around with also two coffees in her hand. Oh my god she is sooo thoughtful. One of the many reasons why I am falling in love with her.

We talk for about a half hour before Shonda interrupts us and says we have to start filming. We get in our scrubs and start.

After filming

Ellen and I had a plan to meet at the dressing room when we are done getting out of our scrubs and our regular clothes on. I am waiting there and I check the time just to make sure it's not too late. It turns out to be 6:00 pm which is perfect.

I see Ellen walking towards me and I smile. She grabs my arm and we walk out to my car.

This is going to be a very fun night. I just hope it goes how I want it to go and nothing goes wrong...
